Perfect tasting experience! - As a couple in our mid 70s, my husband and I had been traveling in Tuscany for two weeks before arriving in Verona, and were looking forward to getting to know the city. We booked this tasting as an introduction to the wines of the region. We were not disappointed! As it happened, the other couple arrived late, allowing us time to chat with our very knowledgeable guide, Leo, and learn a bit about the city and the Valpolicella wines for which it is known. We tasted 5 wines, 2 whites (one a Prosecco) and 3 reds, accompanied by tasty charcuterie and followed by a trip to their cellar where there were additional wines (but no high-pressure sales talk). We were then given a glass of the fabulous Amarone at the end. Overall great experience and 5 stars to our charming guide, Leo! PS: the tasting was held at the highly rated Ristorante Scapin 1935, where we enjoyed a lovely dinner following our tasting - good food and great staff.

Well worth the time and money - We stayed in one hotel restaurant, and enjoyed 4 types of wine, some delicious cicchettis and a delightful host. There were only four of us, but he slipped back and forth easily from English to Spanish and kept us entertained for a memorable hour.

A tour you do not want to miss. - This tour was absolutely beautiful and memorable. Starting from the guide we had as she was remarkable and so friendly and kind as the bus driver was also great. I cannot say more about the views and the wine. Santa Maria Valverde and Le Filigare Vineyard and staff were remarkable and so friendly. They explained how Olive Oil and their wines are produced. This was such a breathtaking experience.

Wine tasting, a good new experience - A really interesting exploration of different wines, locally produced and the history of the foods pared lovey with the wines and I enjoyed trying wines that o might not have done previously. Only criticism is that when we were offered the last one in the cellar we did not get told it would come with an additional cost I would still have tried the wine but would have like to know upfront. Still a really good experience

Lovely way the spend the afternoon - Leo was lovely. He listened to what our personal tastes was, and provided snacks to accompany the wines. If I had one small complaint, it would be that he provided a final extra glass that met our personal tastes, but forget to mention this was chargeable
