Was good but very crowded .... - Was impressive and you felt at least in the gardens as part of history....- the castle magnificent and very impressive....

Lovely day trip to Versailles from Paris - Very easy access to both house and gardens. Received a pdf for my tickets two days before. No problems getting into all spaces. Had a lovely time!

Spectacular - Much beauty, exuberance.
Lots of history.
Tickets were exhausted on the official website.
We were lucky and we were able to buy here by trip advisor for the same day.

Versailles 2025 - Very good! A great experience for the entire family. We had no problems whit the entrance and we didn't have to wait a lot.

The pinnacle of opulence! - Beautiful opulent palace that gives you a feel of the daily lives of the monarchy. Didn’t have good Wifi reception there so I accidentally got separated from family. Went to sixth floor to reconnect. Try to stay together especially in the massive gardens.

The Royals of France - I was very cold and it was even snowing and after a line of one hour we went inside the beautiful room. Unfortunately too cold to visit the gardens as I would have liked. Next time in spring!!!

Beautiful Gardens - Book in advance and the tip is that the garden is last! We accidentally did the garden first and it was the exit and had to re-enter!

Meh. Versailles worth it, audio guide useless - The audio guide is just a recording you don’t know what or where are they talking about. We got there on time and made us make a loooooooong line for the time of our ticket. Even though it was 11:30 like out ticket said . We had to wait until everyone from the 11 booking entered. That took forever

Meh - Hmm not impressed paying extra to feel like we didn’t know what was going on.. just walking around room to room. The audio was very hard to follow don’t know where to start using it as Instructions were not provided. Could’ve just paid tickets there, didn’t really feel like we got priority access to anything.

Don’t buy your tickets here - I received a link to enter and sent an audio recording but the audio did not work.
When I went to let them know about my audio at location, they looked at my tickets as fake, and explained that these tickets weren’t sold through them and that I paid way more then the offered interest fee there. I was not given headphones as it was not purchased through them.
I felt that I overpaid and was not even able to enjoy the history as I had no audio to learn about it.
The workers took pictures of where I bought my tickets to report the fake sell of tickets.
I would really like my money back for this tour as the experience was no where what I expected.
Buy your tickets there it’s cheaper and are real.
