Great overview of all of Versailles components. - We enjoyed seeing all of Versailles on this tour. The hood carts brought us to the furthest areas, then after a coffee we rode bicycles to the pink Palau’s and hamlet, which was our favorite site. After a nice boxed lunch we rode to the gardens and walked back to the main palace to tour inside. It was less crowded inside after 3, but still large groups of people and difficult to see in the main royal chamvers and hall of mirrors. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. There were two children (8&9 years old) on our your who couldn’t ride bikes but we’re able to take a shuttle for that part. Our guide was very good with the children as well. Highly recommended if you want to see everything in one day.

Amazing Versailles experience - Fantastic experience. Super fun. Amazing hosts - kind, caring, went out of their way to accomodate us (we were traveling with our elderly mother). Highly recommend and would tell all of our friends who want to visit Versailles to book this tour.

Mono was an amazing... - Mono was an amazing guide. Our group had some tricky people to guide and he did it with grace and a smile. My kids loved the bikes and we appreciated the ability to see the gardens via golf cart.

Highly recommended. - Family of 5! Excellent and informative guide. The golf cart ride was greatly appreciated and enjoyable. The bike ride was also a lot of fun, with thoughtful stops along the way. It would be great to include a 2-hour guided tour of the Château as part of the experience.

Great tour with Momo - Momo was a very entertaining and funny guide. We unfortunately couldn't complete the whole tour due to another obligation, but he showed us where to get on the train and tips on what we should try to see on our own before we had to leave. Super fun!

It could have been better - I'd like to start by saying that we were not offered the opportunity of a shuttle rather than bikes, and the biking was a bit intense- 5 miles with lots of ups and downs. Although I have done bike tours all through Europe this summer, this one really wore me out and I didn't feel like Momo was on top of what was going on with the riders. He was not aware that a rider had fallen and was too far ahead of the group to be alerted by several people yelling to him. That being said, it would be great to have been offered the alternative transportation, and I think this is new verbiage added to the description since we booked it. There was no mention of this at any time that morning. Julien, who was to be our tour guide, contacted me via WhatsApp at 10:20 p.m. the night before. This was the first contact. On the morning of the tour I had some confusion about where we were to wait, and whether or not we needed to go through some security line first. My questions were never answered. I tried calling him and also got no answer. We were to meet at 9:30, but no one showed up. We realized that there was a group of us waiting for the same guide, and we all congregated together. Nimo showed up and said that Julien had had a "pillow problem", which meant that he hadn't gotten out of bed. This would have been fine. Nimo was amazing and made the golf cart portion of the tour a lot of fun. But once Nimo had finished touring us through the Bosquets he passed us off to a group being run by Momo. This was the bike portion of the tour, and again there was no mention of another way to do the tour. It became a large group at that point. Momo was only able to guide us/talk to us when the whole group of riders had caught up each time. Personally I didn't like Momo's style. Maybe that's just me, but in comparison to Nimo he was a weak substitute. I didn't feel like there was much tour "guidance" at that point, just a whole bunch of comically presented anecdotes that I felt I would need to Google check later. The lunch that was provided was quite enjoyable. There were some benches we could sit on, but no tables available. We were pretty much left on our own to explore after Momo had us bike to each location. I was pretty disappointed that he wouldn't be going into the Hamlet or the palace with us. I guess I should have read the ad a little closer. This is the sort of tour guidance I would expect for this cost. At the end of the tour Momo would not let us go unless we tipped him. Several of us who had hooked up together during the tour were pretty shocked by this. We were commenting to each other that we thought he was going to follow us and not let us leave. All in all, he was pretty annoying and lacking in any sort of connection to the crowd of us and insisting on a tip was completely inappropriate.
