This tour is limited to a maximum of 10 participants, ensuring a personal experience with ample opportunity to engage with your guide. With all tickets and transportation provided, all you need to do is arrive and delight in a journey back to France’s opulent royal history.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets in front of the Saint-Lazare train station at 1 Cour de Rome, 75008 Paris. Your coordinator will be standing between the metro entrance and the modern statue of suitcases.

Knowledgeable and considerate - Definitely book with a knowledgeable guide to see Versailles! Our tour was considerate and well paced. We had a guide and full explanations from our meeting point in Paris all the way through the tour in Versailles. Lucienne was so knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations of history and the moments of the tour.

Excellent overview tour of Versailles - This was a very good overview tour of Versailles. The place is so large that it will take more than a few hours to see the whole thing. Good thing that you can spend a few extra hours exploring. Taking the train back is pretty easy.

A great time - This was a fun excursion! We had two guides. On took us from Paris on the rail system to Versailles. Wales is through the town and showed us around. Then we met our other guide who walked us through the palace itself. Very knowledgeable and warm.

Great tour and easy transfer - Great tour and easy transfer by train. Be prepared for some walking as the estate is massive. Not too many stairs, but some cobblestone areas.
Tour was very informative and all the rooms were well preserved.

Beautiful and interesting - The garden was lush and beautiful and lush, even in early October. There were many floors blooming, Our guide was knowledgeable and very pleasant to interact with. He was a very good driver. We learned a lot from him about the history of Giverny, Monet, Monet’s family, and the foundation that runs Monet’s house and garden.

A wonderful trip with a little hiccup on meeting place - Overall, the experience was great and very helpful. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we didn't feel rushed or anything, we enjoyed the trip immensely. However, we had a little trouble finding the meeting place to meet our guide who would take us to Versailles. I wish there was a landmark included on the paperwork on where to meet the guide at the train station in addition to an address.
We had to call the 800 number to find out that we need to meet in front of the 'luggage' monument outside of the train station. Luckily, we left a little early and had time to spare in case we get lost - otherwise, we would have missed the guide. He actually waited for 5 minutes and left another couple who probably got lost just like us. He was very pleasant and attentive and guided us to Versailles and handed us over to the other tour guide with no issues.
Please add a specific meeting point instruction for your future customers. We did enjoyed ourselves when we got there. Thank you!

Reasonably priced Versailles tour - The meeting point was easy and the greeter was very nice. The guide was very good. The length of the tour inside the building was not very long (90 minutes) but was almost long enough. However you could go back inside if you wanted, but with the crowd it didn't make much sense. The garden tour was good and the gardens are lovely. At first I thought that the price was a little high, but when I considered the cost of the train rides both ways, and the entry fees for the palace and the gardens and the private tour it actually was reasonable. I would recommend this tour.
