A two-hour sailing adventure in Vestmannaeyjar on a RIB speedboat. During this trip, we will take you to the most popular islands in our archipelago. You will witness the elephant rock, abundant wildlife, stunning nature, islands, and sea caves. You’ll learn about the history of Vestmannaeyjar and see unique rock formations. If sea conditions are favorable, we will even sail to Súlnasker, undoubtedly the most magnificent island or skerry in the Westman Islands. The island’s cliffs rise 60-70 meters and stand on four pillars. With some luck, we might also spot whales and seals. This is a sightseeing tour with a twist, offering an adrenaline rush on our RIB Boats. Our guides will ensure you have an unforgettable experience.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- A minimum of 6 people on each trip and we only sail if we have put together a group of six people or more. In case that does not happe we might need to cancel our trip or move you to a another trip
- Not recommended for participants with back problems or are pregnant
- Operates not if it is really windy, nobody likes sailing in bad weather
- We provide you with warm protective clothing; float suit and life jacket but recommend you to take a hat and gloves with you.
- Alcohol and RIB boat trips do not go hand in hand

Incredible Boat Tour with Ribsafari - Our Rib Boat Adventure tour was really a highlight in Iceland. The music played during parts of our trip was fabulous(great selections) and we especially loved the acoustics ***inside the caves! Incredibly fun! Scenery- off the charts! Just a truly wonderful ride!!

Spectacular Way to See the Vestmannaeyjar Archipelago! - After almost 30 vacations in Iceland, we finally carved out time for the islands...so glad we did! The views in every direction are stunning, so a great way to see a lot more of the archipelago up close is the 2-hour RIB boat tour.
Every aspect of the experience met and exceeded our expectations. The team is very welcoming & helpful. They were present to assist everyone as we put on our drysuits + life jackets, gave clear instructions for safety and enjoyment, and provided excellent storytelling along the way! The music is loud but super appropriate to the adventure of speedboating over the waters. The sea was a bit active for us, so we were sprayed plenty of times, which only added to the fun.
We were able to see many thousands of puffins & other seabirds all around us, as well as some seals on a shore. We went into two caves and enjoyed plenty of fast boating vibes!
The price for this experience is very fair, and left us feeling more connected to Vestmannaeyjar and Iceland overall.
Also, they tell you to stand up and hold on when the music plays and the boat goes faster....so do it!

Best boat ride tour! - I think we only went on a 1-hr tour due to the choppiness of the water that day. The tour company was gracious and refunded us half the payment back.
We still got to visit around the Westman Islands and hear stories of the lonely houses, puffins, pirates, etc. It was a great speedboat trip! The staff were super nice and took care of us through the whole process! So much fun!

An unforgettable experience in the Vestmannaeyjar !!! - We did the 2-hour Ribsafari tour.
Our guide (Cristina) gave us a lot of feedback about the Vestmannaeyjar, the puffins, the seals...... We explored magnificent caves with a great music on board!!! . It really was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to all your staff.

Incredible experience! - Wow! Such an incredible experience on the Glacier Lagoon. Our group loved the tour. It was definitely one of the highlights of our rip to Iceland. I highly recommend this trip and company.

Unforgettable Boat Tour Around Vestmannaeyjar! - Surreal experience touring all around Vestmannaeyjar on a RIB boat! Our captain and guide were both so excited and generous in sharing all of their knowledge about the island and various local traditions! Fantastic experience! - We really enjoyed this tour around the islands. The boat ride was a lot of fun and we learned a lot from the guides/captain. The scenery is breathtaking! The RIB boat enables you to see caves and other amazing areas that would be inaccessible with a larger boat. Highly recommend!

Puffins galore! - Really enjoyable trip around the small islands, coves and cliffs, with puffins galore. Our guide Kris is very knowledgeable- we loved her story about the island’s pufflings rescue service!
The RIB is state of the art- easily the best one I’ve been in, modern and extremely comfortable seats despite the waves. The captain was lots of fun but took safety very seriously- his experience really shows.
Overall 10/10 experience, the entire family (2 adults, 3 teens) loved it- highly recommended.
