Once the largest fishing village in Lofoten, Skrova boasts a rich heritage linked to fishing and whaling, alongside a vibrant community that has evolved and adapted over time.
In addition to history, culture, cuisine, and fishing, attendees will hear intriguing tales of ghosts and local crimes! Much of the tour’s content is unique, as these stories are not available in books or online; they have been gathered and passed down orally by the Skrova community.
These tours are led by a Portuguese guide residing in Skrova, who, driven by her passion for Norway, traced the “Bacalhau” journey back to the Arctic waters.
