- Peneda-Geres National Park - This tour will explore three of the five PNPG gates: Porta do Lindoso, Porta do Mezio, and Porta de Lamas de Mouro. Visitors will discover ancient villages rich in heritage, where traditional customs and culture are deeply rooted, such as Lindoso, Soajo, Senhora da Peneda, and Castro Laboreiro. From the peaks of its granite mountains, breathtaking and spectacular views await. The unique landscapes and vistas of the PNPG, along with its diverse fauna and flora, will captivate all. Along its slopes, the watercourses lead to lagoons and waterfalls, where, weather permitting, one can enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters. This experience is complemented by a lunch featuring local culinary delights.
- Castelo de Lindoso - Lindoso is a charming mountain village, one of the most iconic in the National Park. It is a small community of farmers and shepherds, boasting a rich architectural heritage, highlighted by the Medieval Castle, the Cruzeiro, the collection of granaries, and the communal threshing floor. The narrow, winding streets are lined with homes showcasing the region’s typical architecture, most of which are well-preserved.
- Soajo - Soajo is among the most traditional and picturesque villages in the area. This small village offers views over the Lima River and is renowned for its impressive cluster of granaries, designated as a Property of Public Interest, built on a massive granite slab. Here, along the Adião River, which flows down to the Lima River, visitors can enjoy a swim in its clear, pristine waters, in the various lagoons and waterfalls along its path, if conditions allow. To recharge, a delightful meal featuring traditional and regional products awaits.
- Santuario de Nossa Senhora da Peneda - En route to Porta de Lamas of the PNPG, the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora da Peneda can be found nestled at the base of a ravine, against a large rock and a stunning waterfall, offering a unique spectacle. The journey provides one of the most beautiful views of the park from the Vale da Peneda viewpoint.
- Castro Laboreiro - Castro Laboreiro is a village situated at an altitude of 1,000 meters, brimming with authenticity, beauty, traditions, and welcoming locals. It is a wild gem of Peneda do Gerês. In its mountains, home to wolves, the ruins of a castle stand prominently on the plateau, offering visitors a chance to be enchanted by its wild, rugged, yet charming landscapes.
