Astonishing - We loved the experience! While you see the beautiful wildlife of the San Juan Islands, the educated crew gets to teach you about what you are seeing. Our group learned many things on the killer whales that we saw from the boat. Thank you to the crew on our boat: Reid, Becky, and Michael!

Amazing experience seeing Orcas in the wild - We had such an amazing time on the boat. We were super lucky to see several groups of Orcas meeting up with each other. Jumping out of the water and coming super close to the boat. All the information shared was super interesting and we really appreciated having a warm and comfortable indoor area with hot drinks. Worked well even with a little one. Once in a lifetime experience!

Wonderful Experience! - What a lovely and enjoyable three hour experience!! We were so very lucky to get to see two different pods of killer whales along with sea lions and a sea otter!! We were amazed by the staff’s professionalism and immense knowledge, respect, and care for the animals. Thank you to the entire crew for making the trip so incredible. To the captain and first mate, Richard and Lindsey, thank you for a smooth ride and for getting us safely to the wildlife. And thank you to the naturalists, Michael, Eden, and Becky, who were so pleasant and knowledgable, and made us feel comfortable to ask questions and learn even more. A special shout out to Michael for having a myriad of facts to share about the different pods and even individual orcas!! Truly a magical experience.

Unforgettable Experience with Prince of Whales - Our family had an amazing experience today (April 2) from start to finish. The crew was friendly in helping us board, the hot tea, coffee and hot chocolate were appreciated and while we were lucky to have amazing weather, we also got to see a pod or orcas as well as sea lions. There was ample time to take lots of pictures and the naturalists on board took time to explain the orcas history locally. Huge thanks to Becky on her third day for her exemplary customer service. She made my 83 year old fathers day! Kudos to Gord and Taylor who got us to and from the harbour safely to Rajan for his knowledge and Michael for his friendly help! My 11 y/o daughter was a bit anxious to go on a boat (especially for so long) but with the colouring materials offered and the sights to be seen, she said she was glad she came along as it would have been a trip she would regret missing. The cost was reasonable, especially the 10% discount we received in booking direct through trip advisor. The boat was about half full but there would have been ample room to move around even at full capacity. It was clean and comfortable.
