Relaxing cruise - The seats are comfortable and the food is pretty darn good. We had a couple of nice drinks and sandwiches. Both were very good

Good smooth ride - We travelled from Victoria to Seattle. It was a lovely smooth ride. The staff were very nice and check in of luggage is available at a reasonable price. Would recommend seats up top in either vista or comfort.

Make sure you know what... - Make sure you know what seat level and possible upgrade you are booking. We booked and paid for premium seating but the ferry tried to give us economy class. I had to call Viator to get everything straightened out. Everyone was friendly through the process.

An Easy Transition Between Countries. - We traveled from Victoria to Seattle on the Victoria Clipper. Service was excellent and though they warned of turbulent seas it was a smooth ride. We saw several pods of whales during our journey. They have a galley/bar on board so one can drink and eat the whole way. Very nice way to travel.

Easy travel mode - Convenient travel mode between Victoria and Seattle but I'm glad I only took it one way (flew into the Victoria airport from San Francisco). There was not much scenic value in economy with the spray on the window and the route is far offshore. Although you might see some marine life, you will go by too fast to see much (I am used to slower Alaska ferries where there are smaller channels and lots to see.) Many window seats that appeared to be booked online were vacant. Bring something to do as it's a long ride. The staff in Victoria was very friendly. U.S. Customs was smooth. There were taxis lined up at the Seattle dock.

Incorrect sailing time by Viator - Ferry schedule was changed and notification was sent to Viator. However, Viator did not send us updates on the time change AND continued on the day of sailing to send verifications using the incorrect sailing time. This cost my family a day of preplanned activities to be wasted.
