I went back & forth... - I went back & forth between the different companies for this excursion, reading all the reviews, and while this one was a scosh more expensive… IT WAS WORTH IT. I picked it for the smaller group size. It started with just my friend & I getting picked up from our hotel, on the drive to the boarder we saw giraffes, impala, water buffalo & waterbuck. Picked up a couple at the boarder & switched drivers-Thizah- our amaaaazing guide. The boarder crossing had multiple steps and I’m glad we had someone telling us what to do. We stopped at a cafe for coffee/tea & pastries (included for us, tho I didn’t read that anywhere. Nice treat). Picked up 3 more ppl at the cafe and we were off! Unlike the other tours, we started with the boat cruise. We got close (but respectable distance) to sooo many hippos & water buffalo. Parked right on top of a crocodile lol. And watched a bull elephant wade across the river to the island and bath himself. Thizah pointed out a bunch of bird species too which we appreciated. He dropped everyone off back at the cafe, while my friend & I got toted over to Mowana- gorgeous resort for lunch. We then started our land safari, coming upon loads of giraffes and elephants. Then Thizah was like “I know a place” and zipped us over to a pride of lions!! It was our 4th game drive this trip and hadn’t seen any big cats yet, I could’ve cried how close we were to them! THEN he pedaled to the metal us to a leopard spotting! Already about 8-10 jeeps were already there, but the guides have a system so that everyone gets a chance to look. Not only was the leopard just chillin under a tree close by, she walked right by our jeep! We followed her for a bit too. Incredible.

Elephant Paradise - "Absolutely breathtaking experience at Chobe National Park!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I'm still pinching myself after witnessing the majestic elephants playing in the water. It was like they were having the time of their lives! 🐘💦 The sheer size and gentle nature of these giants left me speechless. Our guide took us to the perfect spot, and we spent hours watching them splash and frolic. The scenery, wildlife, and expert guides made for an unforgettable adventure. If you're a wildlife enthusiast, Chobe is a MUST-VISIT! 🌿🦒 Don't miss the chance to see these incredible creatures up close! 😍 5 stars isn't enough!"

Great Day in Chobe National Park - The arrangements made by Africa Travel Tours were top notch. A representative picked me up at my hotel in Livingston and drove me to the border between Zambia and Botswana. I was met by another representative and driven to the location of the tour. After coffee we explored the Chobe River by boat and saw crocodiles, elephants, rhinos and impalas. After lunch we went on a game drive and saw giraffes and more elephants and impalas.

Best holiday experience in Vic Falls! - Had an incredible experience with my Mum exploring the natural beauty of Vic Falls and its associated natural features and wildlife. Thanks to Afrika Tours for their great service for all our transfers to and fro airport and activities/excursions throughout the duration of our visit.
It was reassuring to always have someone readily to attend to our calls each time we needed help or support. Apart from Chobe Trip, we also had Guided Tour of The Falls as our very first activity then the Sunset Cruise followed by a Day Trip to Chobe which got us really knackered but would definitely do it again. I personally learnt a lot about the unreported and interesting facts about my country Zimbabwe and its neighbours. Was thrilled to see many wildlife at close proximity in their natural habitat. We also visited the Crocodile Farm with crocs, with all types of snakes and caged lions. Enjoyed the crocodile kebab and baobab mousse for lunch at The Lookout Cafe. On our last night we had dinner at Boma where we enjoyed the drum show which was amazing and enhanced my pride of being African.
All thanks to Afrika Tours for tailoring their service to our needs especially to appease my mother. Thanks to Anias for taking his time during our Tour of the Falls and taking on the role of photographer to capture the best moments with my mother. I would definitely use Afrika Tours again and recommend anyone. Keep up the great service👏🏾
