Wonderful experience - This was a wonderful experience to be able to visit a Unesco Site and two (2) countires. Our guides in both countrues were helpful and friendly. Crossing the border for the day (and back was easy. Be sure you have a multi-entry visa. I definitely recommend this tour!

Excellent day tour that showed me both sides of Victoria Falls! - I was looking for a combo day tour that brought me to both the Zimbabwe and Zambia side of the falls and I chose well with this tour. I got picked up at my resort at 7:30 am on the Zimbabwe side, took a tour of the Victoria Falls park on this side, and then crossed the border into Zambia side around 10:30 am. Once I crossed the border I met my guide on the Zambian side and he drove me to the Devil’s Pool excursion that I requested be added on to the tour (cost an extra $155 usd). Once the Devil’s Pool excursion ended after 12:30 pm, my guide on the Zambia side took me to go tour the park on the Zambian side of Victoria Falls, then we went to have lunch in the town of Livingstone afterwards (my choice to do so and was also at my own expense). Once lunch was complete, my guide gave me a short driving tour of the town of Livingstone before driving me back towards the border where I met back up with my guides on the Zimbabwe side and they drove me back to my resort, having me back there by 6 pm. It was a great day tour and a big thank you to all the guides I engaged with this tour such as Roland and Yandie - my main guide and driver on the Zimbabwe side, Brian - my guide and also driver on the Zambian side, and Felix, Melvin, and Steven - our guides during the Devil’s Pool excursion. Because of their great job I enjoyed my day tour to the fullest and I believe I got the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a day tour in Victoria Falls that’ll take you to both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides plus more, definitely look into tour. Highly recommended! - Nolan

Falls Walk - We had wonderful guides with Roland on the Zimbabwe side and Ben and Brian on the Zambian side. Great views along the falls and glad we did both sides. The tour of Livingstone and the museum was great. The guides made passing through immigration easy. Trevor our driver was also fantastic

Victoria Falls: Truly a wonder of the world! - Awesome experience of the Victoria Falls in both Zambia and Zimbabwe. Excellent pickup and dropoff and excellent guidance all the way during the tours. I went in Sep, which is dry summer season time, and hence water levels and intensity of falls is on the lower side. The guides told me that Apr through June would see unlimited water but would greatly diminish the ability to take pics due to the mist. All in all, a 5 star experience in my opinion.

Experience of a lifetime. - Be prepared for extra expenses for Visas, park entrance and lunch on your own. None of these expenses were included in the cost of the tour. We were warned about Visa cost but not the other. The tour guides were excellent and the falls, animals and scenery were fantastic.

Guides make the difference - Zimbabwe side of the Falls was wonderful. You most certainly can do the walking tour alone but we had a lovely guide, Phila, that informed us of the culture & history & personal tales of life here . From there we were escorted thru the chaos of border crossing- thankful that we had both Ben & Brian to assist. They then accompanied us on the Zambia walking tour again offering lots of history & information. From there , delicious lunch at a livingstone cafe then back to the border. My only disappointment was too long spent at lunch- no time for museum & sub-par transport vehicles but the guides themselves were quite pleasant& helpful.

Not worth the cost - Was a very good tour on paper, the guides were pleasant and friendly, but I thought it was over priced for what it was as I could have just walked from Zimbabwe falls to Zambia falls myself as did that the day before without issues. If the tour price included all entry cost it would be worth it otherwise I would say get the right visa in advance of your trip, walk across the bridge as border control was easy, once I. Zambia the falls entrance is about 50 metres on the left, really simple and save yourself some money.

Ripped Off - Our tour of the Zimbabwean side of the Falls with Trevor was good. However vehicles are old and run down and no bottled water was supplied as advertised. When we did the Zambian sides of the tour our guide's name was.Sam. At lunch the waitress asked if we were.going to pay for our guide Sams lunch. We ended up paying for Sam's lunch as we felt abliged. We were then taken to the museum. Given a fellow tour passenger had a helicopter flight at 4pm, we requested to leave museum at 3pm. Our tour guide was no where to be seen until 3.30pm. Fellow passenger had to ring helicopter tour to keep them up to date where he was. Sam offered no explanation or apology. We did not get back to Victoria Falls until 4.30pm, 2hours later than advertised completion time.
