Absolutely fantastic! The... - Absolutely fantastic! The guide was incredible and our small group learned so much about the history and art at Belvedere that I wouldn't have learned walking through on my own. Highly recommend!

Antonia (Toni) is the best! - Antonia (Toni) is more than a tour guide. She is truly an art docent, who expertly informed the group about the paintings in the Belvedere collection. She made the tour the best it could possibly be.

Good but tiring! - I had Keary again! She has valuable insights to share but fatigue had caught up with me as I did Schonbrunn in the morning. I was too tired to enjoy most of her talk. It's a lot of standing.

Waste of money - Toni, the guide had a soft voice. I am hearing impaired and despite standing next to her and wearing the ear speaker I understood little of what she said. It sounded like she was whispering.

Mystery meeting spot. - Wasn’t told where to meet guide. A lot of unnecessary stress and running around trying to locate her. Easy fix: tell participants where to meet. All 6 parties had the same problem!! Guide wasn’t clearly audible. Whispered at times. Mic not close enough to mouth.
