Great day in Vienna - Breathtaking building on the outside and in, the art work was brilliant. What an incredible collection! The Bruegel room alone is worth the trip. Stunning Hapsburg treasures everywhere you turn.

Lots of Artifects and Paints with elobrate interior - Another purpose built musuem, just as nice as the NHM. This one contains the hasburgs collections. If you are into this stuff as well as the artworks on the second floor, it is at least a 3/4 day event. Queues for tickets can be long, you can buy it online for quicker access.

Art History - Incredible collection of art and artefacts in a spectacular old building. Although there were a lot of people in, it didn't feel overcrowded. Audio guides and maps available in English. Buy advance tickets and get there early. Leave coats and bags in the atelier (free). Unfortunately, the queue for the Rotunda Cafe was massive when we were there so that's a treat for another time.

Ok - Did not help us skip any line. Waited in the line only to get to check in and told that we had to go back outside and get paper tickets. Our vouchers did not count as tickets. So waited in three lines.

Management missing - Unreasonable checked in, because the online ticket code doesn’t work, I have to change the another code to ticket center, that was unreasonable. Management was messing. There was no clear notice for that.

Disappointing - I visited this for the third time, however for the first time during winter. Why is this important ? Because opposite to any similar establishement in Europe the ticket desks are outside in the park, people queue up (30 minutes) in the cold (or in the rain), ticket vending machines on inside are not functioning. Yes, you can buy on-line, but e.g. for that I would have needed the credit card code generator of the bank, and this was not with me. Ticket price is 24€. The collection is comparable to Alte Pinakothek in Munnich (9€), Royal Museum of FIne Arts Brussels (10€), and much poorer than the Louvre (22€), and compared to these it has no free entrance time. So you have to queue up for tickets, for the garderobe (the number of lockers is far not enough), for the toilet, for the inner restaurant, thus you loose a lot of time. So in spite of the relatively nice collection, the experience is disappointing

No wire cut on the horizon - Wire Cut tickets give you the right to queue at a dedicated booth but with lots of people. So useless
