A fun filled night learning to make the best Wiener schnitzel! - The best way to summarize our cooking class with Nabiel is that we would love to do it again. Yes, we made a beautiful Topfenstrudel, Kaiserschmarr’n and crispy Wiener schnitzel (“the crispiest”) and potatoes. We also learned how to make apple strudel. All were delicious. Yet if that weren’t enough, we thoroughly enjoyed our time with Nabiel. He provided instruction in a fun, unpretentious way…we laughed all evening. I was admittedly a bit slow peeling potatoes, was told to “put the ladle down” and to “focus” and to cradle the breaded veal like a baby; all of which we captured on video and laugh at each time we replay it. Such a great evening. Thanks, Nabiel!

A Taste of Tradition! - Amazing cooking class with Chef Nabiel! It was a small group experience and we had options for what to make for dessert. It was a collective effort, so each of us assisted with a small portion of the meal. Very delicious!

An Amazingly Fun and Tasty Cooking Class (Party) - This was my favorite activity in Vienna. I was with our chef and teacher, Nabiel and two couples. It was fun from the outset. Nabiel made this a great party experience while we all worked on making the best schnitzel (we made both veal and chicken schnitzel) I've ever tasted. It was very participatory and we all made videos and took pictures so we could recreate our feast at home. I had schnitzel in nice restaurants the evening before our cooking class and as well as the evening after. Neither was nearly as good and, importantly, I knew what they had done wrong at the second restaurant. We also made excellent Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. Nabiel may have poured wine from time to time during the evening.

Fabulous food, big chef energy! - I am not sure if I loved the food or the hilarious Nabiel more! The class was fabulous, with free flowing drinks and fun while learning all of Oma’s tricks in the kitchen to create some tasty Austrian dishes. Nabiel’s personality is so extra, he was the star!

Best Cooking Class in Vienna - There is simply nothing else like this experience. A must-do for anyone with taste buds, you won’t regret this fun cooking class. This is my second time taking his classes and I know it won’t be my last.

Highlight Of Vienna - We had a wonderful time with Nabiel. He was funny, engaging, very hospitable, and a talented chef! He taught us real skills to make the dishes at home and entertained us along the way. Highly recommend

Best schnitzel in town! - Nabiel is so much fun and great conversationalist! These are his grandmothers recipes and he teaches you just like I imagine she taught him! Delicious schnitzel, very crispy! Definitely recommend!

FUN, Wiener schnitzel, apple strudel - We had Wiener schnitzel three times in Vienna. Twice in restaurants and the night at Nabiel’s cooking class. The restaurants should take Nabiel’s class. The restaurants’ version puffed so that the coating separated from the veal (it puffed) and had an “off” taste, which I attribute to type of oil used in frying. The Wiener schnitzel we made in the cooking class was excellent. The coating did not puff or separate from the veal. (Take the class to learn why.) The oil used was vegetable plus another (I forget.) We do like Wiener schnitzel! Plus the evening was very fun. There were six of us and we were all engaged in the preparation. We also made Apple strudel. Delicious! A highlight for our week in Vienna! Thank you, Nabiel!
