Beautiful museum - I managed to precook my ticket online prior to visiting Vienna so saved some time not queuing as much as I probably could have if I had booked ticket in person. Some parts were crowded especially around “The Kiss” which is understandable. The grounds are nice too and had the weather been better I would have explored a bit more.

We're here to see Klimt after Belvedere Kamiya win - Klimt was so popular that a lot of people were near the entrance, but when it was their turn to stand in line, they could enter immediately by barcode reading.

Well worth seeing. Some... - Well worth seeing. Some major artworks in a magnificent building. Everything was absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean.

Must see - The app gives a lot of and useful information and advice. It was easy to book tickets with possibility to cancel up to 1 day before the visit. The Belvedere and Klimt exhibition are something "must see"!

Beautiful museum - Beautiful museum. The highlight is of course the Kiss but every piece is so nicely arranged and explained I could not get enough of everything. Make sure to get your ticket online to avoid the line. It takes about 2 hours if you want to take your time. It can also be finished in 1 hour if you just want to see Klimt.

Fantastic array of artwork - Experienced both upper and lower Belvedere. Fantastic array of artwork and sculptures from prominent artists of several eras. Extremely interesting and well laid out. For those not too bothered by art - don’t bother with lower belvedere!

For art lovers - This is especially a visit to see collections of paintings sculptures, no furnished rooms ...the middle ages part on the ground floor is beautiful ..for art lovers especially...the gardens are large but not flowered out of spring been the lawns quite dry and the fountains not in water ... pity because it would give a friendlier cachet

Recommended - Beautiful museum, really recommended, with unique works especially the kiss of Klimt. The only problem is that the guide is not worth 5€, do not buy it if you can! Those who take the guide online get access with a link via phone, and if you don't have headphones it's uncomfortable to listen. Also, very messy site many works are not even found. I think that by buying on-site the guide they give you the remote control which is much simpler and more practical than when you buy it online. In any case, there are lockers in which you have to put 2€ to deposit the items that you do not want to take inside, which are then returned to you. There is also a money exchange machine in case you do not have the 2€ coin... The interior is for a fee, the gardens are free. Once in a lifetime you have to visit it

Disgusting - The place in itself is actually great, however the whole trip was ruined by the rude, out of line and disgusting behavior of one of the staff, under heavy rain my class positioned under a roof, the guard came out screaming insults in a terrible English, after that she kept us in her crosshair coming up again and again becoming more insulting each time, at one point she spit on the shoes of a classmate. Experience ruined, there should be a thorough analysis of the behavior before hiring someone, such behavior and verbal and physical abuse are unacceptable for such a highly regarded place.
