Gorgeous and historical City - We had a fantastic experience with the Hop On Hop Off Big Bus Tour in Vienna! The multiple stops allowed us to explore the city’s stunning structures, museums, and palaces at our own pace, all while enjoying the informative audio guide. A special shoutout to Rafiki, who was incredibly insightful, helpful, and engaging. He provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit and impressed us with his fluency in both French and English and of course fluent in the local tongue German. His guidance truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this tour!

Coat effective way to see the city - Very handy to have the tickets for the palaces pre booked so I didn’t have to queue at the ticket office. Staff on the hop on/off bus tour were brilliant. The routes were good too

BIRTHDAY IN VIENNA - We stayed in Vienna 3 days and using the Big bus helped us a lot.... highly recommended to see everything about this magical city. Thanks to Federico Ariosto de BIG BUS we booked the tour for every day with entrance to the Belvedere, Ferris wheel, Danube cruise and Schönbrun Palace at a very affordable price for two people. We used the big bus several times a day because very served and convenient to see everything and move comfortably as it passes very often. We thank Federico because he was fabulous and very kind for the valuable advice and suggestions.... really prepared, very kind and always available.... it was a very valuable help... if you go to Vienna I really recommend you take the Big Bus and ask absolutely about him who will help you for anything. Fabulous experience!!! thanks Faith!!!

Pacific - Calm the visits to the castles, I went to Bratislava by bus, it was a pity there was no ferry to come from Bratislava, I was two dis and a half in Vienna and managed to visit Schonbrun, Belvedere and Cathedral.

Too late to get my money’s worth - Disappointed that it took more than 40 minutes for bus to come. So it was too late to get in my scheduled next stop. It was also freezing out - that didn’t kid no help. Did see other on and off buses comeby on the meantime.

Waste my Money - I regret to say that I did not enjoy this event due to unforeseen difficulties. Despite paying $125.64, I was unable to load the voucher. I attempted to communicate with the Big Bus staff, but unfortunately, they did not speak English, and showing them the confirmation number did not resolve the issue. I subsequently contacted the tour operator via text message, and although they provided instructions, the problem persisted. The issue was escalated to multiple tour operators, with the exception of the last one, who was extremely helpful in resolving my concerns. Regrettably, I did not receive the voucher for this particular booking (number 1195713165), and as a result, I missed the opportunity to visit the Belvedere and take the cruise, effectively rendering my payment of $125.64 futile.
