Really a must experience... - Really a must experience in Vienna! Although in all fairness purchasing tickets in advance did not enable us to skip the ticket line

Very nice experience in Vienna! - We very much enjoyed the visit to the Wiener Riesenrad, an iconic attraction that offers magnificent views of Vienna. This activity also allowed us to discover the Prater district, with its huge and lively carnival, really impressive and clearly worth a visit. An experience that is both pleasant, original and well located to explore another face of the city. We recommend without hesitation!

Experience to try. - Climbing on this giant Ferris wheel you will have the opportunity to enjoy a splendid view and discover not only the Prater but Vienna from above. If you have the opportunity I recommend to make the sunset ride to live a truly suggestive experience. The ticket in my opinion is slightly expensive but definitely worth it (if you have the Vienna City Card a slight discount will be applied). Experience recommended.

A Vienna classic between fun and history - Dear users, the Prater is a must-see for those visiting Vienna, especially if you want to experience an atmosphere different from the usual imperial palaces. The park is large, lively and suitable for all ages, with historic attractions that coexist with modern ones. The real protagonist remains the famous Ferris Wheel: climbing on one of its cabins is a fascinating experience, made even more interesting by the opportunity to observe, before boarding, some models and installations that tell the story of the wheel and the city. A detail that enriches the visit and helps contextualize what you are about to see from above. Once at the top, the view of Vienna is striking, especially at sunset, and offers a moment of calm despite the lively environment of the park. A pleasant and well-organized experience, even if a bit touristy.

Breathtaking views of Vienna: a must-see classic - Climbing the Wiener Riesenrad was a great experience overall. The tour has an adequate duration, is not too hasty and allows you to enjoy the view calmly. Once you reach the summit, you can enjoy spectacular views of the entire city, ideal for taking memorable photos. The only sore point is the very long line at the base. A key tip: buy your ticket online in advance; it will allow you to skip the line at the box office and save a lot of time, making the experience much more enjoyable.

The view is worth it - Good view over Vienna. Carriages are different. Had to exchange my Tripadvisor ticket at the kiosk. Luckily there wasn’t a queue

One of THE sights in Vienna - I suppose this is a must go tick in the box type of place. The renowned Ferris wheel in Viena. Went off season and pre-booked online. There weren't any queues on arrival. The pre ride walk round the models was interesting. The view from the top is good, you can see all over Vienna. Nice slow ride round with each cabin stopping to pick up / let off passengers, very sedate.

We had to queue up for tickets - We were able to redeem the tickets very well, but for them we had to queue as if we were going to buy the tickets (i.e. the queue you make it the same) because the machines did not read us the barcodes that Viator sent, so in the ticket box they had to print me 4 tickets to be able to pass. In short, THE TAIL WE DID NOT SPARE, we had to do it the same. Apart from that, all good.

Horrible - It says on voucher we can use the scan code to get in but the scan did not work I had to stay on a 45 min long line to show the voucher . It still did not work so the counter person to avoid the long line delay , he just printed the tickets ( SIX) for us. So what’s the point to buy these tickets online with Viator in advanced if I have to stay on a regular ticket line to purchase ?? Very disappointed and waste of time Please refund my money back
