Excellent Tour. - Excellent tour. Perfect night. Just amazing. Ride to get to bay is a bit chaotic and rough, but tour is fantastic, and I would highly recommend

Spectacular. - This was really an incredible experience that we’ll always remember. It was a perfect night with no moon and windy so no mosquitoes. Eddie, our driver was extremely informative and answered all of our questions in full. It was nice for our family comprised of five adults and two children, aged six and eight, to be in the boat and not on a kayak. That way we could devote our full attention to the experience, ask plenty of questions and not have to worry about powering the kayak. I would strongly recommend this bio bay tour to anyone. Make sure you go on a night when there’s no moon.

Great experience - The instructions and map to the pick up location were clear. Ian called and picked us up as we were walking so we wouldn't be late. The ride to the bay is very bumpy, but he handled it with care. At the bay there was a ramp for us to enter the boat. We did not get wet at all. The whole boat trip was magical. There were 6 of us with plenty of space. The tour guide was knowledgeable and funny! We used long poles over the side to make the water glow. He took us to see the mangroves and we saw a fishing bat! We saw schools of fish light up the water. Our guide also showed us constellations and planets which were visible in the night sky. It was windy, which would've made kayaking harder, so I'm glad we had an electric boat. I loved every minute!

Very enjoyable - Our tour was very enjoyable and informative. The size of the moon does make a difference; definitely try to schedule your tour as close to a new moon as possible for maximum darkness. The one thing I would ask tour company to do better is give more instruction on finding the meetup point- across from SunBay is too vague (across from the entry gate to SunBay is much better), and let us know that it will be very dark and you won’t necessarily see the shuttle van and other cars until you turn into the lot. Adding some sort of amber light to the meetup location would be great. Other than that, the did a great job with us, especially our guide.

Mixed experience. - The time on the bay was spectacular. The guide was excellent.
The organization of getting us to the pick up point was absolutely atrocious. Three couples were supposed to arrive, and only we did on time. The idea of sending a message the last day is completely stupid. One couple’s phone was off, and the other person didn’t know where to go, and wer lost in the rain. The driver, who looked like he got his license the previous week, was upset and drove too fast, which was bad enough on the paved roads, but driving over the road down to the bay was really brutal. The company should not use a teenage driver to carry around people who are in their 70s, which four out of the six of us were. The guy had no clue what it felt like to our bones.

Worst company ever. They... - Worst company ever. They have rescheduled our tour an hour ahead without informing us not even that when we are in ferry they sent us message saying tour canceled saying some BS reason. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend anyone to take tour with this company. Very unprofessional.
