We will try to glaze an object with the immersion technique. As for the decoration, you can choose between a geometric, fantasy or naturalistic decoration for a tile.
With this formula you will have a general overview of the production and try a little of everything.

Great experience! - What an amazing class. We sculpted, painted, learned to use the pottery wheel. Elvira was a great teacher. Very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend this experience.

Amazing Experience! - We had a wonderful experience and cannot recommend Elvira and her workshop more!!!!
Elvira is passionate, dedicated, and incredibly knowledgeable. I learned more from her in 3 hours than I did a semester in college.
I was skeptical at getting it all done (hand sculpting, pottery wheel, glazing and painting in just 3 hours but we did and at no point did we feel rushed or hurried. She also gave us a little history of Vietri and why ceramics became so important and successful there.
We enjoyed our time and can’t wait to see our finished products. I strongly recommend this workshop for both beginners and experienced artisans.

Family Fun - Elvira was amazing. It ended up that my Daughter and I were the only ones in the class and that was probably a good thing as we are not that artistic and probably needed more help than usual. Elvira was patient and extremely helpful. This was our favorite experience/class of our trip. I would recommend this activity to everyone and for all ages!

Ceramics Class - I enjoyed spending time with Elvira in her art studio and trying the different pottery making methods! She is a lovely person and her teaching style is fun and easy to follow. She was always very encouraging. I can’t wait to receive my fired pottery!!

In search for an interesting and fun experience? This is it! - Our private Ceramic Workshop in Vietri Sul Mare was a great experience for our family of four.
Elvira guided us through several steps such as clay modeling an animal ("Stephan the Sea Horse", "Freddy the Fish", "Gerald the Giraffe" and last by not least "Donald the Dino") using the pottery wheel to craft a small vase (it looks simple, but we can assure you it is not) and glazing and painting of ceramic.
Time really flew by.

3 hours with nothing to show - The organiser was lovely and helpful, however we didn’t get offered any refreshments during the workshop, as advertised. That aside, it was outdoors so it was very hot (Aug) and we were parched. Sadly, the original ad did not inform us that we wouldn’t get to take away what we had made - 3 hours and nothing to show for it, @€60 each! The organiser said it takes two weeks for the natural drying process etc and had we known that, we wouldn’t have booked. We were disappointed and disheartened as we created lovely mementoes. She said she said she could post them but it would take 2-3 months! Very disappointed.
