Outstanding Service - CHIC made our St. Lucia trip so smooth and enjoyable to celebrate my friend’s big 30th birthday! They handled our airport transfers perfectly and were always on time with a smile. Our guide, Selma, was a joy! Super pleasant, funny, and full of great historical facts about the island. The rides were comfortable with AC, cold water, and beer always available.
Our concierge, Steven, was amazing. SO sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The driver was also very friendly and professional.
From start to finish, the service was top-notch. If I return to St. Lucia, I’ll definitely use them again.

A great start and end to the holiday - An awesome ride from start to finish....Steven was amazing and kept me up to date with all the information needed, both pick up from the airport and being taken back to the airport was a dream with lots of sights being pointed out to further enjoy the experience

More Than Just a Transfer – A True Welcome to St Lucia - Steven was the perfect start to our holiday. He arrived on time with a fantastic selection of refreshments for the journey and kept us entertained with fun and insightful facts about St Lucia. His sense of humour made the ride even more enjoyable. After dropping us off, he followed up with helpful links and local recommendations via WhatsApp, including arrange a golf day and street party, and was readily available for any questions we had. He went above and beyond what you’d expect from a transfer service – I’d highly recommend him to anyone visiting St Lucia.

Great airport transfers! - We had a wonderful transfer with Steven from Hewanorra to our hotel the Royalton. Although the drive necessarily takes a while Steven was a welcoming and informative host and there was there ready and waiting for us. He liaised with me before we led the UK so that he could provide some surprise birthday bubbly for my partner for the journey. And we had a nice little stop at Dennery to see the coastline and pretty town and photos. We had a great and efficient return transfer on our way back. All in all we were very pleased with the service provided.

Great Friendly and Professional Service - Professional and friendly service. Our driver Steven was so welcoming and gave us lots of information about the island on route. We also had time for a quick stop for pictures. Drinks waiting in the car which was also very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Airport private transfer - Excellent communication ( even when I was asking random questions months before we went ) , got off the plain ( very hot ) and had a lady waiting for us to fast track us through , had to wait a while for luggage . Then taken to our driver who took out luggage and led us to his his car that was very cool ( as in temp ) inside . Offered us a beer or soft drink then drove us to the hotel explaining the different places and advice about where to visit etc . Would ensure I used again . Thank you Steve hopefully see you again .
