Great Transfer Option in Sao Paolo - Hoberto, who was our driver, was exceptional. He was on time, happy to wait, and drove us to our destination in plenty of time. He was also kind enough to refer us to a guide we were looking for in Rio, which workd out very well.

Outstanding - Great experience. After a 90 minute wait for bags and long line just to exit GRU airport, the Viator representative was the first person we saw and truly a welcome sight. She helped us with our bags and escorted us to the curb to wait less than 10 minutes for our transportation. She was kind and very professional. Our drive was almost two hours from São Paulo to Santos. The driver was great, courteous and kind and helped with our luggage.

Highly recommend! - A friend and I were looking for a private transfer from São Paulo to the port of Santos for a cruise that started at the end of November. I reached out to several different companies, and it was Santorini that provided 5-star service right from the beginning! Communication by both email and WhatsApp was exceptional (a special shout-out to Hugo for his very speedy responses!), and our drivers were always on time, if not early, for our pick-ups, for which we were most grateful :) Both cars (the one going to the port and then the one returning to São Paulo a week later) were exceptionally clean and new, if not a little small (I have very long legs, lol). In the first car we were also provided fancy snacks, and on both transfers we were offered water, for which we were also most grateful in the Brazilian summer! Whilst neither of our drivers spoke English (and we don’t speak any Portuguese), they were both very professional, polite, and excellent drivers. We felt very safe with both of them. If you are looking for a transportation option within the port of Santos, you can find Santorini’s stand at Platform 22 — it’s super easy to locate and they will welcome you with big smiles! Should we ever return to Brazil, we will not hesitate to use Santorini‘s services again :)

São Paulo transport to Santos cruise terminal - Well, the people at the air port in São Paulo did not understand English. The provider Santorini Brazil never replied to my text for verification of where they would pick me up. After locating them in Terminal 3, after texting that I was at terminal 2, they kept asking about my flight from the previous day, after 15 minutes they finally got an English interpreter. So it took about 45 minutes to finally get to my so so executive vehicle. The driver at first did not want to out our suitcases in his small vehicle with no air conditioning.

Frustration resolved - The driver went to the hotel instead of the port to pick us up. Fortunately, the tour operator had a kiosk at the port but no one spoke English. But finally sorted things out and got us to our destination

Refund please - Driver never showed up. Nor did he communicate. I’m still waiting on a refund and company is delaying/stalling. I do not recommend using this service.

BEWARE: Horrible bogus company! - AWFUL! Do NOT book this phantom ghost company. Unlike other transfer companies ... this one NEVER communicated! Even Viator tried to reach this company 3 times and couldnt get anyone to respond. We returned from a cruise and needed to get to the airport for our international flight. We walked a good distance to the meeting point and nothing!!! OMG stuck in Brazil...with no local currency....Viator promising to reach out to the non-responding company. Panic set in but I had the Uber app on my phone that billed to my credit card! It took awhile but an Uber driver rescued us and we barely made it to the airport in time to catch our flight home! Only redeeming thind was that Viator finally refunded the $116 fare and Uber only cost $35! HORRIBLE experience to say the least. I sure hope Viator removes this bogus agency from their website!
