Great time with my family on a rainy day! - My family spent the day here on a rainy day and had a great time. My son is 22 and my daughter is 21. We really enjoyed learning more about wine, cork, and chocolate. The wine and chocolate tastings were very nice and added to the experience. The Pink Paiace was so much fun with 5 wine tastings and lots of photo ops. We had so much fun in this museum. The cork museum was so interesting and we learned a lot. We truly will never look at cork the same way again. You can also make a personalized cork for only €1 which is a nice keepsake. The chocolate museum was so interesting and we got to try a chocolate bean. So interesting. Lots of chocolate tastings too that added to the experience. We went to the Root and Vine Restaurant and had a great meal. The staff was just wonderful too. There are so many amazing views overlooking Porto from this complex. We really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend for adults, couples and families with older kids who enjoy wine.

100% recommended for families and friends trips - We did this trip with family and friends, with a total of 6 children, and had a great time visiting museums, restaurants (designed to be with children) and open spaces. Highly recommended for families and friends.

Funny and educational - a perfect day, especially when it rains or the city is too noisy and crowded - Unfortunately, we only had one day - but it was beautiful, varied, interesting, educational, impressive, entertaining and fun. We took a guided tour of "The Bridge Collection - The Art of Drinking" that was just perfect for getting a glimpse of the incredible, still growing collection of vessels from 5000 years of drinking culture in a relatively short time - you could spend a whole day alone in this museum. Afterwards we dealt with the topic of cork and (although we had visited a cork factory in Sardinia in May) we learned - also the wine bottles have to be corked with feeling - the game was fun. After that we weren't quite as receptive and let the "chocolate experience" drift us more and enjoyed a lush drinking chocolate at the end. It provided a basis for the "wine experience", where there was much to learn (and enjoy) about viticulture, the effects of the climate on it and wine enjoyment. In the evening we had a lot of fun at the "Pink Palace" - the WOW is worth the entrance fee.

Amazing Concept - Wow! What an experience. This place is just amazing. We managed to complete 4 of the 6 museums in the one day, and could have returned to finish off the next day, but we were so tired from the previous day, we will have to go back another time. All museums we did were information and interactive. We spent a full day there and really enjoyed our time there. To finish off, we had dinner at one of their restaurants, Root & Vine, which I highly recommend - review to follow! Staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing we had a problem with was the entry to the museums - there seemed to be some problems with the QR codes being read properly on the tickets, either printed or on mobile devices. We weren't the only ones having trouble, but it was no big deal. Staff were available to assist.

Ignore the name and go. - This is a really terrific area that absolutely o one seem spot go to. The history museum was exceptionally well done, the cork museum was fascinating, the wine museum a little too much but also well done- reviewed them all separately. The restaurant we ate at was good as well, but there are so few people there it feels a little weird, which I blame on the branding. People look at WOW, ask, what is that, and find out it stood for World of Wine, and figure, ah, no, I don’t.t need more wine, It is only two blocks off the waterfront. The restaurants and bars looks great, and the museums are well done. It.s worth your time

Enjoyed the museums we saw, very interesting - Wasn’t able to complete all museums due to unforeseen circumstances. However we really enjoyed the wine and cork museum we saw. Also they had a very good restaurant that was affordable and cafe. Very interesting.

EXCELLENT experience - EXCELLENT all-around experience. You can pay and see/do all 6 adventures individually, or pay one fee (was 44€ for me) and see ALL of them whenever you want over a 48 hour period. I jammed them all in 1 day and it would be better to take your time and enjoy them over 48 hours. The chocolate museum and cork museums were the best. 2 of the 6 include wine tastings. You could easily spend 1.5 hours in the very thorough wine museum alone. Front desk ticket rep was professional, it wasn’t super busy, and it’s in the WOW District so there’s also much more there. All the static, audio, and video exhibits were high quality. Very good music. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A highly interesting interactive and entertaining mix of experiences. - There is so much I could say! Each exhibit deserves its own review. The posters and advertisements don't do it justice there is a full two days of activities for the money. Two of the visits provide free tastings of wine, and one a free tasting of chocolate. In between there are great cafes and restaurants and viewpoints at which wonderful photos can be taken. Every activity is thought out very carefully and uses up to date audio visual techniques to explain its subject, both educationally and entertainingly. I think it's much more suited to adults than children though.
