Etihad Airways - what a disappointment... - It was supposed to be a scheduled Abu Dhabi - Rome flight and presumed operated by Etihad, (12/04/2025) instead I found myself on an A 330-200 a plane over 30 years old with uncomfortable seats, old monitors that to make the touch screen go you had to beat the right disturbing the passenger in front. Definitely old movies, in Spanish, English and some in Italian. For a flight of about 6 hours and 30 minutes, departed late and arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes late. Vamos Air airline that operates mainly charter flights. Nothing to say about Vamos cabin crew, the shameful thing is that one pays for a flight with Etihad and expects a certain type of services.

Bad service - It's a shame!!! Flight departing at 8 a.m. then chek in to be made online on the website to get the boarding pass 12h before the flight then at 20. From 21 until late at night all the blocked site; at 4 we are informed that not dialoguing with easyjet do not provide boarding passes, to the green nr do not respond, they tell us to do the whole procedure at the airport specifying that they would refund the cost. False! none of this despite the complaints and 'been done, their response and' that we should have contacted the aforementioned green nr ... but if they do not respond! Never book directly with the airlines again!!!!!

RAYANAIR airline DISASTER TO AVOID - Reservation: TT3ESG With my boarding ticket in hand, present in the departure lounge 1h30 before the flight and among the first 10 travelers to do the last check before boarding, RYANAIR refuses to let me on the plane. The reason: OVER-BOOKING, RAYANAIR does it without moderation, exceeds 10% allowed. The RAYANAIR manager imposes it on me without offering me an alternative or a care. In addition, he assigns my seat in front of me to another person also left on the waiting list, without explanation. Two passengers who were unable to print their boarding tickets were forced to pay 110 € for the hostess to print them the tickets. This "company" is a DISASTER to AVOID

Total status - They are unpresentable, there is no way to contact them to book the day of the experience. It's a full-blown scam.

Ruined your trip with opodo - I booked a flight with a long legacies option of 382 € to and from Istanbul to denpasar The request with the airline was not registered . We travelled separately on the way and I had to pay 205 € extra for the return. Despite my numerous claims opodo blames the company. Still no refund to date, it's shameful and dishonest. Same for the car reservation with an extra charge of 90 € unduly charged. As for the price of hotels, you have much better on booking.

ESTAFA - It's a total scam: 1. They tell you an airplane model and plant a tartana that falls out, which does NOT correspond to the indicated model. 2. In less than 24 hours before the activity we change our destination increasing the trip in 1h extra. 3. Liability insurance or similar? Nobody signs anything there, you get there, they don't tell you anything, and they pull you up. 4. We arrived and had to wait almost 2h because there was no fuel. 5. Just read Google reviews (mea culpa) recently, some crashed, told us about it even a lord of the aerodrome completely outside the company.

Scammers - Scammers. We've had a bonus for a year, and they're putting off your dates until you get tired and don't go. The last cancellation was made for alleged showers (five days before). Not recommended and not serious.

Scam - Hey, this is a scam. They canceled my flight two days earlier and now they're not answering the wasap. I'm reading the reviews and I see I miss the flight and the money. How can it be reported??

Unscrupulous scammers - They are scammers. A while ago I asked about taking a plane flight with a VIP box and they didn't have seats. But when I looked at my VIP chest again on the website, it appeared as already used. I complained to the VIP box and they told me that the company that had made the reservation for me (a reservation that I really did not make) had to make me a reservation cancellation document in order to reactivate it. Since this company answered me evasively, I ended up going to the Aerodrome and there I found out that there is no longer a company, it went to auction or something similar and someone else bought it. The person who informed us about everything told us that Jorge Rioja, the person in charge of the school, was unpresentable and that his planes were so bad that it was dangerous to fly, that he did not recommend us flying in them. That they would take away his license. On top of that, those in the VIP box do not listen to reason and do not want to reactivate the VIP box, not even with this information. So I don't recommend VIP chest boxes either (they're on the scammers' side from the looks of it).

I had booked a small plane flight for two people as a surprise for Mother's Day and no one showed up to carry out the activity. They don't answer the phone or WhatsApp messages. In my same situation, there was also another person. Never more.
