Recommended value! - We had a very professional leadership. Everything was explained bilingually and we were able to follow the slow production. At the end you could taste four different hams and a glass of regional wine. It was all great!

A must-do experience for Jamon Iberico lovers and newbies alike - A real glimpse into local culture and the preparation of an iconic Spanish delicacy. The tour guide Carmen was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Seeing firsthand how jamón ibérico is prepared and graded was fascinating and very informative. The experience struck a perfect balance between tradition and education, and the tasting at the end was just as educational as it was delicious. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to truly understand and appreciate jamón ibérico.

Must-see in Salamanca - An absolutely recommended visit. The explanation about the process of making Iberian ham is clear, interesting and very well guided. The final tasting and masterclass were the best: top quality products, creative tapas and close treatment by the whole team. You can see the passion with which they work

Informative and charming - The guide was extremely well prepared, delightful, and competent switching flawlessly from English to Spanish and captivating the group. The tour was everything that it promised; each step in the process carefully explained and demonstrated. Then the tasting with a little wine and more explanations in a cordial setting underlining the artisanal expertise behind the products with hand carved plates so perfect they seemed destined for a marketing campaign. Overall an amazing day. I suggest that you drive or take a taxi, although I walked the 5 km (3 miles) from Salamanca center with no problem. You will learn a lot and be charmed at the same time.

To come back - A very interesting experience with a great didactic component that is not at odds with entertainment. The hostess plays her role phenomenally, accompanying during the visit and the tasting with understandable and meaningful explanations. The Iberian tasting is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Interesting, but improveable in some ways. Expensive for what it is. - The visit was interesting, especially for those who do not know about the subject. You see the process of drying the hams completely. Our guide was Carmen, marketing director, who did really well despite not being her role (the usual guide was absent). But this was noticeable, as many doubts we raised could not be answered. Your honesty is to be appreciated, rather than pretending you knew everything. But, above all, I value your closeness, sympathy and kindness. We were 5 attendees, of which 3 spoke English and 2 Spanish, so the visit lasted twice as long as everything had to be explained twice. And although Carmen did great, she overextended herself and lost details... As a recommendation, it would be preferable for them to indicate in what language the visit would be, so that it would be done in only one language, since, for example, I did not care to go one day or another. From what I have read in the reviews and what she commented, it is quite common for a visit to be given in several languages. As for the tasting, I think it was a little poor, like it was given little importance... It would have been nice to have an individual dish for each, with a sample of everything there was to taste, instead of a few shared dishes and chop as if it were a "prick". In fact, there were 5 of us, but, for example, loin or tenderloin, there were only 3 servings. And as for the presentation, it was very scary to see a bottle already opened and half wine (very rich) and one half water. Even if we are not going to drink everything, that we have not gone to that, the image is important and really, it seemed that we were going to eat and drink what the previous ones had left. Honestly, they seemed leftovers. As for the price, really expensive for a visit. It would be justified if the tasting had been better.
