Top activity under the excellent guidance of Joseph - We enjoyed this half day between Eze and Monaco / Monte Carlo under the excellent guidance of Joseph who informed us with knowledge, pleasure and kindness. He likes people and what he does in a positive and humorous mood. Top for us and greetings Joseph the Georgians.

Fun day visiting Eze, Monaco, and Monte Carlo - Took a half day tour along the French Riviera! The scenery was gorgeous all along the coast! Walking around Eze was a great way to spend an hour. The tour of Fragonard was also fun, and I ended up spending an obscene amount of money on “parfum” there. The only downside was that the van we were in was a little loud due to road noise, so it was sometimes difficult to hear what the tour guide was saying.

Screwed me over. - I'll be honest. Completely honest. First of all,I get some email indicating a refund. Second you give me half of my money back and not the full refund. I never requested a refund. And was never given a full explanation on why my tour which never happened was canceled. Oh yes,the van never showed up for those who are reading this review. It might have worked for others,but not in my case. What I want is my full refund and the explanation I never got. Btw I booked with someone else. They were excellent and they showed up. You guys on the other hand were just terrible!

Respect the language of the excursion - I bought an excursion in Spanish, at the time they came to find us they tell us that the driver/guide was broken down and he only spoke English or French. Anyway, the very nice landscapes and you see that the guide was friendly and told many things but we did not understand anything. We felt very bad that we had not told us the problem before, because the guide communicated with me the day before in English, to communicate the schedule that would come to find us and I thought it was from the Enterprise so I did not give importance. You must respect the language you choose when purchasing the tour, for us it was very disappointing.

Never again! - Never again waited nearly one hour
No call no response to email no contact number given for the day
Despite a message on app the day before saying it was confirmed
Head office agreed local operator FRENCH RIVIERA SIGHTSEEING were at fault offered refund and then hour later sent email saying the local operator was not refunding as their driver said he/she was there waiting for 20 minutes pure fiction I was there cctv proof 10 minutes before and 50 minutes after..would never use again for this reason

Will NEVER USE AGAIN - I can accept a late pick up or apologies for cancellation even at short notice but when the tour operator through the supply VIATOR is untruthful saying the driver said he was at my location for pick up for 20 minutes when he was not is awful customer service why would I lie as I have several witnesses that can tell you I was outside the hotel in Nice the address. Gave the operator and VIATOR at approximately 8-20am until 9-20 I called them the company several times and vented my frustration .
For someone to mislead in such a way is really bad for any company and the operator …used even know cctv for outside the hotel backs my argument it is ridiculous I even sent messages from 8-41am from outside the hotel no one came no one waited and if someone says they were outside that address that I gave for pick up then they are not being honest
I was told by VIATOR (as French Riviera were not taking calls or answering emails despite numerous attempts) that I would get a refund and then get another email stating I would not be refunded as the driver was there….terrible service poor courtesy and an untruthful driver …offering me by email a next day trip (when I have no way on a Sunday to reply And I’m home Monday) is ridiculous and greedy ..beware this company
