A fun museum - What a brilliant museum, an absolute must! The exhibits are fab and everything is hands on, photography is encouraged. The staff are absolutely FANTASTIC, they do the most brilliant job explaining the exhibits and how they work and will assist to take pictures of you. This is a must for children and adults, both can fully enjoy the activities A definite must see if you are in Vilnius

Essential Visit in Vilnius - I thought I knew all the tricks as regards optical illusions etc - I was wrong! This museum was a revelation! There was a lot to see and experience, and there are helpful staff available to guide you through the more perplexing exhibits! I have no hesitation in recommending this experience unreservedly - if you do nothing else in Vilnius then make sure you go to the Museum of Illusions!

Well worth the visit, make this part of your trip! - I visited this attraction on 16/11/25 as a solo traveller. The attraction opened at 10.00am on the dot and I was the second visitor in after a mother and two children. The lady on reception was very friendly and spoke perfect English. I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘free of charge’ cloakroom with locker available for my bag which was perfect as I then didn’t have to go round with my big coat and bag on. I was then greeted by another member of staff who explained how the attraction worked and then was free explore. The attraction was really interesting and was set over two floors with a couple of side rooms. Each illusion had an explanation next to it in different languages including English which made working my way round a lot easier! What stood out the most to me was how friendly and attentive the staff were. Some of the illusions worked better with two people or required someone to take a photograph/video to make the illusion work whilst you stood within the illusion. As a solo traveller this isn’t possible, but the staff members recognised this and came over to assist me as well as explaining how each illusion worked making my whole experience very positive! The museum was clean and tidy with a good selection of illusions to look at and a café. It was located around a 15-minute walk from the main Cathedral square in Vilnius. I would highly recommend getting there as they open so you can easily explore each illusion without waiting for other people to have a go as by the time I left the museum was relatively full and it would’ve taken a lot longer to get round. It took me around 45-50 minutes to go round the museum and I was allowed to take pictures and videos too. At 14 euros for an adult ticket on a Sunday I would say this is excellent value for money and well worth a visit. Staff, location, cleanliness and the illusions themselves were all ten out of ten and I’d recommend this attraction for any age group.

great museum - The museum really enriched one of my last days, especially as the city itself had started to feel a bit boring. The exhibitions were impressive, and the staff were very welcoming—ready to explain anything and answer questions. I can definitely recommend it to everyone.

Crazy - That museum is crazy good and lina explains the illusions very well. Your brain won't believe what it is witnessing and your eyes may melt.

Friendly staff, interesting unique exhibitions and a tree coming through the floor - Very awesome cozy little museum, don't let the small size fool you it's full to the brim with exciting and unique exhibitions.

Fascinating and interesting - Fascinating place, there are lots of things to try and see. I love anything like this, lots of photo opportunities. Lockers and hangers to put your bags and coats. Toilets very clean. But the €15 entry cost , I feel is expensive for the time needed to do everything.
