Prompt Pickup / Excellent service - The pick up was on time and the coordinator was very communicative - provided heads up on arrival time and even informed the traffic was heavy on way to airport, sent the driver details. All was smooth!

Profesional and reliable! - Alta Gama Transfers are our new go to for airport transfer in Punta Cana. It was our first time using them and we were extremely satisfied with their service. They are very professional, reliable, accommodating, and extremely punctual. I reserved our roundtrip transfer from punta Cana Airport to the hotel through Viator and within the hour, I received a message from Daniela through WhatsApp confirming the details. We were a large group of people with a baby and needed different transfer days on the return and of course a car seat. Everything was perfect!

Always kept in touch and on time - Excellent service, great drivers. Always stayed in touch via Whatsapp. On time airport pickup and drop-off. Also ask for their excursion options to book before landing.

Alta Gamma - reliable transportation - The service was professional, and fair priced. The driver was already at the airport by the time we finished grabbing our luggage. Vehicle had strong AC, and was clean. The return pick up was smooth, they respond quick on WhatsApp. Picked us up from our resort exactly on time. The transport company is called ALTA GAMMA I’m not sure why it only appears during booking, then afterwards you have to look hard to find a small print of the name. My only tip, maybe consider putting the company in the title.

The drivers were great.... - The drivers were great. they gave me a happy birthday ballon with rose’. Throughout my entire trip I was contacted consistently about possible excursions. Now, i will say make sure your hotel is within distance or you will have to pay extra. They thankfully honored it for me because I wasn’t aware. But overall the service was great.

Half right is still wrong........ZERO and I mean zero support or recourse from Viatour - I paid for VIP transfer, in a Cadillac to and from the airport and resort. Aside from a hectic pickup at the airport, which from what I understand is the norm, we were transferred to our resort timely and safely. Pick up from the resort was an entirely different story. Communicated with transfer company day before pickup, specifying time and place. Driver arrived late and in a busted up Toyota mini van, not the VIP Cadillac I paid for. And he told me he had to pick up others on the way, which was not the service we paid for either. I spoke to the representative on the phone from Alta Gama transfers and said this is not what was paid for and I expected a refund for at least 50% of the original costs, because they only got it half right and at this point, 20 mins late due to their error. She said she was confused and to submit a refinance request. The VIP service was 156 plus taxes ( 18% ). Minimally, i would expect $78 to be refunded...... $48 is what was offered....... and here's the kicker....... Viator helped not one bit...... Travelers use these sites and for piece of mind, to offer comfort to those who spend their money to make memories with their families and friends when they travel...... and your reputation is only as good as your word and standing behind the brand you've advertised. Unfortunately, my experience with Viator is that they back whatever the tour / transfer company says, and leave you as the consumer on the short end of the stick. This is my first, and now last, time I'll use Viator for anything related for travel. Please be aware that this transfer company, Alta Gamma- does not deliver on what you pay for. Please be more aware, that Viator doesn't care if you get screwed.
