Easy transfer in a van - I received communication on whatsapp the day prior to my arrival in Santiago. Coordination upon arrival in Santiago was simple and I had a smooth ride to my hotel downtown in a comfortable van.

Chile Trip 03.08.2026 - Santiago’s airport can be a little intimidating, be prepared to walk once you get off your international flight. Customs was a breeze, very professional and friendly. The Double Tree hotel where we stayed was awesome, the service from start to finish, awesome. Keep up the excellent work.

Not good if travel delays - Our flight from US to Santiago was delayed by 12+ hours. We communicated the delay but the driver who was to pick us up said the contract was canceled due to our delays. So we had to hire a new driver

Slow passport control led to cancelled transfer with no refund. - Because the line at passport control was long and slow (over an hour), my driver was unable to wait for me. Not companies fault or my fault, just bad circumstances but ended up being a complete waste of my money as I then had to pay for a taxi. Don’t pre purchase transfers. The taxi cost me the same amount and was very easy.

Unreliable, unresponsive when problems occur - The driver never showed up. Messages to Viator were never answered. I called from airport and was told to take a taxi and would be reimbursed. This was over twelve hours ago and they haven’t responded.
