An Airport Transfer Company That Exceeded All Expectations - We booked Airport transfer and it was best choice we made as a group. From start to finish, Punta Cana online transfers were absolutely exceptional. We booked a 14-seater van for our family but they went above and beyond, anticipating our needs before we even arrived. Recognizing that we would have a lot of luggage and wanting to ensure our comfort, they proactively sent two spacious vans instead of one. This is not something we were expecting yet they shocked and surprised us very pleasantly with their proactive customer service. The vehicles are nice, clean, perfect roadworthy and we were struggling in heat as we landed but they had AC on full blast waiting for us which as a huge relief. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. We also booked an excursion to visit Saona island with em and they provided the cheapest price and other people including our hotel tried to hard sell agree a price and then tried over charging yet these please were great and not asked for extra single penny. We had private transfer booked from our hotel and back to Bayhibe beach to get on catamaran to saona island. Upon return from catamaran trip driver was already waiting to pick us up and we were getting harassed by some photographers and were forcing us to buy pictures we didn't want the driver quickly jumped in and help us and stand up for us. All drives speak good English and are very helpful kind and knowledgeable. On the way they kept us entertained with providing free WiFi from thier personal phone hotspot and let us play our music on full blast and really made it a great time for us. On the return transfer my niece wanted to buy a local pandora charm for her bracelet and I requested them if they're able to quickly make a stop over for us at the mall for it and with such short notice and no extra charge even though they were very busy with schedule they agreed and went beyond what they should have done for us. This company has truly done a tremendous job. They don't just provide a service; they set the standard for what customer care should be. We are incredibly grateful for their service and highly recommend them to anyone. I think you guys are true gem and kudos to how you run the business.. Waghela family x
