The Apron Up Cooking Class has been steadily gaining popularity over the years by offering engaging and comprehensive lessons. Participants range from experts planning to open a Vietnamese restaurant in their home country to beginners who wish to recreate delicious Vietnamese dishes after their vacation.

Conveniently located in the heart of the old quarter, the school is easily accessible. After a tour of the largest market in Hanoi, situated near the old quarter, participants will also learn where to purchase ingredients for the remainder of their stay.

In just 3 to 4 hours, attendees will explore various ingredients, including spices and Vietnamese produce, and will have the opportunity to prepare a complete meal featuring five of Hanoi’s most popular and authentic dishes (or vegetarian alternatives for those who prefer). Participants will enjoy their culinary creations, sample Vietnamese rice wine with classmates, and receive a cookbook and certificate!
