Our program has steadily risen in popularity over the years by offering comprehensive and engaging classes. We cater to a wide range of individuals - from professionals seeking to establish Vietnamese restaurants in their home countries, to novices seeking to savor Viet cuisine long after their holiday has ended.
Our school is conveniently positioned in the heart of the old quarter, making it easily accessible. Following your tour of Hanoi’s largest market, located near the old quarter, you’ll have a better understanding of where to source your supplies for the remainder of your stay.
In just 3 - 4 hours, you will familiarize yourself with authentic Vietnamese ingredients, get practical cooking experience by creating a feast of 5 of Hanoi’s most beloved dishes (or vegetarian alternatives), and enjoy the fruits of your labor. You’ll also get to sample Vietnamese rice wine with your peers, and receive a cooking handbook and certificate of completion!
