Excelent experience - Wonderful experience, nice and funny guide; although I was nervous in the first place, I recommend this to all; it’s pretty safe if instructions are followed

River Kayak Fun - Alex and Andreas were great guides. We had booked two canoes. Since we had previous kayak experience they asked if we wanted to switch. We did and had a great time. Instructions were clear, safety was explained and fun was the name of the trip. Thanks guys for a lovely afternoon.

Great tour - Family-Rafting Voss - We had an excellent tour today with our guide Alex during family rafting in Voss. For our children it was the first tour. The trip started on time. There was support for each participant in the selection of wetsuits. You could change into changing rooms on site. After a short drive to the river there were detailed explanations/instructions on whitewater rafting (English/German). Our group consisted of about 20 participants and 2 guides. It was a tour with 2 dinghies and 3 kayaks. Several children/teenagers were there (the families were each together in an inflatable boat). It was a great tour and we had a lot of fun. In between there was the possibility to swim/bath in the river at various points. The photos you could purchase at the end of the tour are great and a great memory! A huge thank you to our guide Alex for this great trip! Recommended at any time for families with children/teenagers of the specified age and to gain first experience in whitewater rafting! We would love to come back - then with a tour in the next level!

The BEST time at white water rafting - I had THE BEST time white water rafting with Outdoor Norway. It was the best experience ever with the prettiest views of the Norwegian landscape. The rafting was challenging but ultimately a really fun and brilliant time. We had Mohan as our guide and he was absolutely amazing. Took care of us the whole trip and made it so so fun. Would definitely recommend to all abilities!

Family Refuge in VOSS - My family and I were on a family meeting. It was a wonderful experience. We started out the most beautiful place with rocks and opal water. We had Mohan as the guide and he was super cute and very smiling. There is no doubt that he is very experienced, which made it a great trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super fun family acticvity - Super fun experience. The guide Victor explained everything very well and made it a super fun experience for our youngest daughter (8 years). The river was calm so that's why he started doing fun tricks and games in between. Highly recommended for the whole family.

Rafting in the rain - Mohan and Alex gave us a very good trip on the Randelselva (?) river. The weather was filthy rain but they did not let that get in the way. They both delivered a very in depth and professional safety briefing. Much appreciated by me as a marine safety professional but kind of freaked out some on the trip.

Somewhat disappointing - A relatively large amount of time was spent on the safety instructions, changing clothes and the outward and retreat. The trip on the water itself was very short and there was little exciting about it. Of the three hours we sailed a maximum of one hour. The instructors didn't really make a party of it. We expected more of it after previous experiences and also considering the price. One positive point was the fact that photos were taken that you got emailed.

Amateur Operation - This is not a well run rafting company. The whole operation is fairly amateur. My family of 4 did the family rafting in Voss in July of 2024. Not our first time rafting but we have younger kids, so a starter experience was expected. During the 4 hours and 30 minutes of total time spent with them, we were rafting a total of 40 minutes. We scheduled a 3pm trip online but were called the day before and were told there was no 3pm trip, could we join 2pm trip? We were told to be there 15 minutes early. We arrive at 1:45pm and were then told that the trip didn't start until 2:15pm. From 1:45pm to 2:15pm, we sat outside. Between 2:15pm and 3:35pm we simply got dressed in wet suits - an unnecessarily slow process. During this time, I watched the guides put all of the rafts on a trailer for 30 minutes. From 3:35 to 3:45 we drove to the starting point. From 3:45 to 4:30 we received a quick safety briefing and then just waited at the starting point for the tour to start, including a 30 minute period where the guides just disappeared without notice. The rafting from 4:30ish to 5:30ish was great. Our guide was excellent (Andres) and the overall route was just right for a beginner group. There is a 15-20 break in the middle, right before the largest rapid, where you are offered the opportunity to swim. Bottom line, for a roughly 1 hour rafting trip, you only actually raft for 40 minutes. There were 3 guides in our group for 7 boats containing a total of 21 people including lots of kids and first time rafters - this seems reckless. One of the 7 boats was a kayak with three adults who had clearly never been in a boat before. Unsurprisingly, they flipped their boat. This meant that the guides spent the whole trip helping them, slowing everyone else down. There was also a family group that included, what was obviously a three year old even though the minimum age is five years. No real photos taken by the guides and you really can't take your phone with you - this was disappointing. No place to store you belongings other than a glorified shipping container. Not enough busses to pick everyone up once we were ready to return. The 40 minutes of actual rafting was fine. The ridiculous amount of waiting was offensive. This whole thing, with just a little more organization, could have been done in 2 hours. Credit to our guide, who was great.
