Day 1: Amman - Petra: 3 hours driving from Amman\n\nPetra - Depart to the south toward the Nabatean Red Rose City of Petra that is considered one of the wonders of the world. A city 139 miles (225 kilometers) from Amman that was carved in stone more than 2000 years ago in order to dominate the trade routes of ancient Arabia. Visit its towns, damns, and water channels and enjoy a walk along the narrow siq, a path which is the main entrance to the city. The first thing you will see is the Khazneh, which was believed to be a tomp for one of the Nabatean Kings. You will also see other monuments such as The Monastery and the Altar of Sacrifice. In the afternoon you will move towards Wadi Rum, called the valley of moon, where the movie Lawrence of Arabia was filmed and lately The Martian. Spend the night at Wadi Rum and move next day toward the Dead Sea (Night Stay and activity at Wadi Rum is based on your selected tour option).\n\n### Wadi Rum - Dead Sea\n\nWadi Rum Protected Area - Wadi Rum is a uniquely-shaped massive mountain that rose among the rosy red sand of the desert with towering cliffs of various brownish, reddish and golden colors. Then, you will move to the Dead which is one of the most incredible places in the world. The Dead Sea speaks for itself: there are no living fish. It is by far one of Jordan’s most impressive and spectacular places to visit. Its calm, shining water glowing from the scorching sun above, is known for the concentration of salt and minerals which makes it a therapeutic as well as a unique swimming experience not to be missed. Enjoy some free time to swim before returning to your hotel in Amman.

Embark on a variety of adventures and discover the wonders of Jordan on this two-day tour designed for up to 7 participants, accompanied by a professional English-speaking driver. Delve into the natural and historical marvels of Petra and Wadi Rum, then journey to the lowest point on earth at the Dead Sea to conclude your experience. This tour offers several options, all of which include transportation from Amman and between sites. Please note that entry fees and local site tour guides are not included in any of the packages. The campsite is located in the heart of the Wadi Rum Protected Area, 8 km from any roads and not surrounded by other camps.
- A moderate amount of walking under the sun is involved, wear sensible shoes, bring your hat and sunglasses.
- Wadi Rum night stay and activity is based on your selected option - You should have arranged for it If “Only Transportation” option is selected.
- For Small-Group Tour option: Pickup time is very critical and you should be ready for pickup at 06:30 - allow 30 minutes delay to pickup all travelers.
- This tour comes with different options: Private (Deluxe /Classic) Tent, Small Group (Deluxe/Classic) Tent, and Transport Only (No accomodation)
- For the small-Group and Guided Group Tours Option : Separate tents for separate bookings. One Medium size bag is allowed per traveler (No space for large size bags or more than one medium size bag ), Minimum age is 12 Years and maximum is 69 years to join these tours.

Time of my life!! - You MUST DO THIS if you come to Jordan. It is definitely worth it and the extras are also still worth it. Our guide was Quitabah and he eventually became part of the family. He first took us to Petra. We had about 4-5 hours to walk around Petra which was a perfect amount of time. He then had lunch waiting for us when we got back to the van , this was the option we chose so we could make our way to wadi rum. When we got to wadi rum, we took a jeep tour and then had a delicious dinner at the budoin camp. Our tent was perfect with clean bathrooms and AC, I chose the deluxe option, definitely worth it. The next day we woke up and had breakfast at the camp and then headed to Aqaba to ride in a glass boat to view some coral, there was an option to snorkel also, but we skipped that. The Aqaba glass boat tour was an extra cost about 25JD per person but definitely worth it, he gave us the option if you wanted to do it or not. After that, we went to a beautiful resort at the Dead Sea which had facilities to change in shower. We stopped at a couple shops to buy souvenirs and Quitabah happily waited for us. We are so grateful for him. We met some of his colleagues doing tours on the same day and they were all great. You should definitely use this tour company for this tour. Would recommend to anyone

Time of my life! - What an amazing experience!! I was with 3 other family members and we trove around Jordan to various places in a large van. Our guide Quitabah became like family to us. He was very very helpful and knowledgeable. So happy we ended up with him as our guide. Petra was amazing and he gave us enough time to walk and see everything we wanted. We even took a rest at the Treasury and had some refreshments. In Wadi Rum, we upgraded to the deluxe tent and it was so worth it. The next day He offered to take us to Aqaba to the Red Sea for snorkeling and glass boat to see the coral before we went to the Dead Sea, it was an extra cost which he told us how much and gave us the option to do this- we obviously opted yes. The Dead Sea resort he took us to was so nice, clean, and had all the amenities we needed to change and shower. Believe the reviews , the trip and all the upgrades is SO worth it … don’t think about it, just do it! Definitely a must do when you come to Jordan. If you’re only here for a short amount of time, this tour will give you the opportunity to see everything that you definitely need to see before leaving Jordan. I’m so grateful, thank you!

Must do!!! This entire experience is one I’ll cherish forever!!! - This tour exceeded all expectations! The itinerary was perfectly timed and flawlessly organized, allowing us to make the most of every destination, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. Each activity felt thoughtfully planned, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment.
Since we were traveling in the summer, our group had the chance to add an optional visit to the Red Sea on the second day for a small additional fee, which turned out to be an amazing bonus experience that everyone agreed on!
The food provided throughout the tour was absolutely delicious, every meal was a treat and showcased the rich flavors of the region. On top of that, Ja’far made sure we were always hydrated by providing complimentary bottled water throughout both days, including during meals, which was especially appreciated in the summer heat.
A huge part of what made this trip so special was our incredible tour leader, Ja’far Al-Shareef. He was kind, attentive, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. His great sense of humor and the personal stories he shared about his life and family made our connection with him feel personal and memorable. I’ll never forget his signature slogan, “See you tomorrow!!!, which still makes me smile. 😊
This entire experience is one I’ll cherish forever, and I’m already looking forward to coming back and doing it all again, next time with my fiancée by my side!

An immersion into ancient history, beautiful desert, dark skies, and the sea - This is one of the best tours we have taken in years—And we travel the world full-time. Our tour guide, Jaffr, or the colonel, as we called him, is the best available, bar none. He is not only knowledgeable and kind, but he entertains the group with funny riddles on the long drives. The entire experience was completely unforgettable. Petra is beyond beautiful and miraculous, and the option of climbing a sand dune and a rocky outcrop for sunset at Wadi Rum challenged us but rewarded us with a spectacular view and sense of accomplishment. Don’t miss the glass bottom boat trip at the beautiful, clear Red Sea. It’s fantastic. And the mud beauty treatment at the Dead Sea is a must. Finally, the spectacle of a sky full of stars at night at Wadi Rum is a rare and wonderful treat to city folk. DO NOT MISS THIS TRIP.

Fabulous Jordan. - I booked this through my agent at home, so I didn’t really know what I was in for. I was so fortunate to join a small group with Jafir as we had an amazing time. He is such a lovely man, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. From the very beginning we knew we were in good hands. He took care of our every need, kept us well informed and added things along the way to enhance our journey. My only regret was that the trip wasn’t longer.
In Petra he organised lunch for our return to have on the way to Wadi Rum. This was great as we were so hot, bothered and HUNGRY. Took fabulous photos of us in Wadi Rum, and also a star talk that night. My only regret was that our trip was not longer and I was sad it was all over. With Jafir’s help I left Jordan feeling a real sense of warmth for the country and its people and I truely hope I will ‘SEE YOU TOMORROW’.
