Highly recommend this tour! He’s the PERFECT tour guide! 5 STARS FOR SURE! - What an amazing time and experience we had with Hashem. He was on time for our 3 hour tour throughout the backtrack with the most perfect view points to see all while riding through the hills on horses (this was extra $). I love how Hashem customized our tour for us because we wanted to see some different hidden gems throughout Petra and he DID NOT DISSAPOINT! He was very knowledgeable, funny, nice, helpful, appreciative and friendly! I loved how he explained all of the extra cost involved and there were not surprises at all at the end. We had a bad experience the day before with a different guide, so this was refreshing to have an honest person accommodating us and not trying to up charge us like some guides have done in the past. He went above and beyond and booked our fantastic cooking experience and Turkish bath spa night, and booked a referee us to a driver to take us to Wadi Rum! I truly appreciated his excellent customer service. I highly recommend him. We learned so much and he was so patient with our group the entire time.

Unreal experience - What a surreal experience! Definitely worth paying for the golf cart and an absolute must to ride the mules to the monestary. Hashem was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We ended up going over our time with him, but he kindly offered to stick around. He even offered to take photos and knew the best spots and angles! (Including videos while riding the mules) Walk through the siq for sure, he’ll explain so much to you that you wouldn’t know without a guide, then you can catch a golf cart afterwards. Highly recommend this tour!

Petra with our kids - Hashem was fluent in English and was extremely friendly with our kids . He explained details and stopped at almost every stop in the pink marvelous city . He also took us to the spot where everyone takes pictures near the treasury and helped take pictures for us (although it’s not part of the tour) . Our kids liked the tour a lot , they were thrilled . But unfortunately they were tired from Aqaba earlier that day , so we did two hours instead of three , we could not go further than the theater after the treasury . Highly recommend

Wonderful visit to Wonder of the world - I had the best time experiencing Petra. My guide Rashed Amra AL Nawafleh was excellent in guiding me and leadimg me the way to Petra. He is eloquent and proficient in English, knowledgeable of history of the place and ensures I am safe and comfortable as we walked along. He was even assisting me at taking pictures and videos and pointed out strategic spots for instagrammable take. He always asks me how I feel or any questions I could possibly ask. He is the right guide I needed for the day. Remember this was my first visit to Petra, let alone Jordan. So far, I feel great wishing I had more time to explore. Rashed encourages me to try Camel ride, mule ride, which I did, and all my rides were excellent. I enjoyed every moment of it. I was led to a Bedouin camp (store) past the Treasury which gave me the opportunity to rest and chitchat with the store owner, learning the crafts how they're made, how they survived drought season of tourism and how glad they receive tourists. I admired the Roman ruins leading to another road towards the second gate. Based on my entire experience, I am more committed to say I am coming back with more friends from Asia and Canada and more days to explore Petra and all of Jordan. I need to experience more tours here in Petra, especially at night and other trails. The tour is affordable and Viator never fails me so far. This tour is highly recommendable especially with a great guide, as excellent and professional as this man named Rashed. This in fact is a wonderful experience to treasure with.
