Excellent!! 5*****! - I don't have enough words to thank Adam from Pavel Travel. An absolute gentleman, who looked after my elderly mother and myself, on a very emotional pilgrimage to the Madonna of Czestochowa. A seamless trip from our hotel, where he rang to say he was outside waiting for us. We were then driven in an ultra clean vehicle, taken to the ticket office, where he arranged a wonderful guide. A truly memorable day. Thank you so much Adam! 5*****

The Black Madonna + John Paul II Family Home - My wife and I went on a trip with this office . Everything was excellent . The driver came to pick us up around 8 o'clock and by 10 o'clock we were already in Czestochowa . Some free time and we go to Wadowice . The family home of the Holy Father John Paul 2 is located there . I recommend to everyone 🙋‍♂️

Knowledgeable Guide makes trip well worth the time - Kawel was very knowledgeable about both the Black Madonna of Czestochowa and John Paul II home and church. He took the time to explain if we didn’t understand or didn’t hear the first time but also had a pleasant personality to make the long trip enjoyable.

I do not recommend it, I recommend the visit independently with train journeys from Krakow. - We took a transfer from Krakow, booked with get your guide, who would have us showed both the sanctuary and the house of Pope John Paul ll in wadoviza, but we Wrong! Too expensive, by train we would have saved almost 70% (when we understood the actual cost we could no longer cancel the tour). I recommend the visit independently. We lost 6/7h just for travel, it was tiring to face all these trips for two hours of visit neither. In Jasna Gora we happened on the day aimed at young people, on the day of their maturity, there were hundreds of people. Inside the church with the famous painting we could not stop, not to block the flow of worshippers and tourists. Then with our guide, Sister Faustina, We toured the various museum rooms, but she forgot to let us climb the tower (remind him of that). The guide didn't speak very well Italian, it was difficult to understand the history of sanctuary and this did not allow us to fully understand the visit. Around the sanctuary there are various places for a lunch break, but no one speaks English, nor there are indications in Italian/English. I find that in a place so crowded and visited must improve their tourism approach. From Czestochowa to Wadoviza it took us 3 hours of travel (cause of accident and detour), arrived at the museum house of John Paul II we made the visit independently with audio guide (which we could also book ourselves) and visit without explanation to the church next door, very quickly because we had to return to Krakow (1h 30 drive). The only positive note of the day was the driver, Pavel, very nice and helpful, he also made an effort to speak Italian and help us.
