This distinctive route not detailed in guidebooks lets you traverse the charming Japanese countryside overflowing with traditional Noto homes, rice fields, and a classic salt farm, including the extraordinary Senmaida - a ‘1000 terraced rice paddies’.

Noto has emerged as a preferred biking spot in Japan, attracting both local weekend cyclists and international travelers on week-long tours organized by overseas companies. However, given its relatively remote rural location, the area lacks adequate facilities for independent explorers to rent quality bicycles and fully engage in the peninsular beauty.
