It was a long but... - It was a long but wonderful day. Tour staff was great and travel accommodations were very comfortable. Our only wish would have been a longer stay at the falls. They were spectacular!!

Great day! Great to see the beauty of Thailand - Great day. The 7 levels of Waterfalls are all beautiful. The history related to the River Kwai bridge was fascinating. The guide made every effort to help us enjoy the trip and keep the day running smoothly.

relaxed day tour - We really enjoyed the tour. In addition, the tour guide Jack told a lot of interesting things. Not only to the places visited, but also to Bangkok/Thailand in general. The history museum for the construction of the Death Railway was very impressive. The Erawan waterfalls were extremely beautiful, unfortunately they did not have as much water due to the season. We also encountered some lemurs at the falls.

Great tour guide - Jack, the tour guide, was very good. He explained the history and characteristics of the places he visited. They explained the time schedule of the day when I left and clearly explained the time available if I wanted to stop by for a quick restroom or snack. They were very friendly and I enjoyed the conversations along the way. I want to join Jack on the next tour.

Overall great experience - The museum and bridge were interesting although a little underwhelming. The highlight of the trip was the national park and waterfalls...they were breathtaking. If you go prepare for a long full day. Also our guide, Surin was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

Overall, the waterfall... - Overall, the waterfall trip was fantastic! Our guide was good and informative, especially during the first few stops, which were rich with history and really interesting. Unfortunately, we felt a bit rushed at times due to another group arriving late, which threw off the schedule. That said, the national park was absolutely beautiful, and the place we had lunch was excellent — great food and very quick service. We did have to rush through some of the later waterfalls, which was a bit disappointing, but despite the time crunch, the scenery was stunning and the experience memorable. With better coordination between groups, this would be a perfect day. Still very much worth it

Can be much better - Overall it is a pleasant experience with the highlights being with a River Kwai Bridge and Erawan waterfalls. But There are definitely a lot of points to improve on. The tour guide Eddy did a good job on being informative, but constantly changed the meeting time as well as selling us an unexpected boat tour which I will elaborate on. 1. Jeath Museum he is definitely a skipper as there are nothing really to see but for the guide Eddie to succeed his plan, he already proposed us an extra unexpected unseen boat tour package while we were on the way to the museum. I felt that it could either be in the package and skipping the museum as he said it is very worth it. It wasted a lot of our time for the people who didn’t want to go and we missed the train that passed on the River Kwai bridge because of this, the guide Eddy made up some excuses saying the train doesn’t come on time in Thailand but we got to the bridge at 11:30. 2. Erawan waterfall is worth going but we only had just under two hours of spending there, if you’re an athlete you could reach the top half an hour but being an average person it takes an hour and a half back and forth. Therefore as you can imagine it was extremely rushed and we didn’t really have enough time to swim at the waterfalls, bear in mind if you go over the weekends there are a lot of locals as well as tourists which hinders your ability to hike fast. Additionally two guests were late and arrived at 7:50 which gave us even less time. At 2pm The guide told us to meet back at the meeting point at 4 pm, at 3pm he changed the time to 4:20pm and either it was the connection or not being able to use the phone we weren’t able to see the message and therefore we hurried and rushed back as we didn’t want to be late, we felt like it could be done more professionally and not constantly changing the meeting times as it kept happening when we were stopping for refreshments also. Overall it is an okay experience, it is worth going for the waterfalls but I feel like it is a very forced and rushed trip.
