Deep Blue hot Spring - YOU MUST DO THIS IN WARNAMBOOL!!!!! - Exceptional. Went there on a whim on the way to Port Campbell. Fantastic staff from the moment you step in the doors. The hot springs are great for tired weary legs and the multiple pools means we could go at our own pace. As it was low season not very busy, but all people there were respectful of each other's space and also very friendly. My friend and I felt amazing afterwards. We had the bathe and graze package. 2 hours in the multiple hot springs and tubs and then a beautiful lunch in the cafe. Calamari and the best caesar salad I have ever seen or eaten. The calamari was very fresh and could cut with a butter knife. The whole spa smelt divine and staff were very helpful when I wanted to purchase a candle afterwards.

SIMPLY THE BEST ! ♥♥♥♥ - Oh my gosh. My daughter Bernadine turned 21 on the 1.8.25 & we celebrated it at the Deep Blue Hot Springs Hotel. We purchased a Winter Package, booked in for 2 nights. It was out of this world! The staff were 100% truly amazing & wished fussed over Bernadine with her b.day. The hot springs were so very good, loved it, will go again. We indoor pool, the hot bath, our room, the buffet breakfast restaurant, I give it all a 10/10. Thank you Donna and Jodi & Michael from Housekeeping ♥♥♥ Our room was #413, on the 4th floor with sea view, oh wow ♥♥♥♥ From Petra & Bernadine Seaton

Relax and unwind at Deep Springs Warrnambool - Comfortable hotel, great massage in spa and enjoyable hot springs. Robe and towel available for a fee in the spa area . Tides restaurant has high end menu which doesn’t suit everyone’s tastes

Relaxing hot water in a lovely setting - Enjoyable hot pools, would choose a warmer day though. Was a bit chilly with light rain. Good selection of indoor and outdoor pools.

Relaxing experience - $60 is great value for money in a 2 hour experience. It seems packed at the beginning, but once everyone settles and moves around there’s plenty of space for everyone in the pools. Most of the pools are small, but a variety of options keeps it interesting. Pack your own towel to save money, robes really aren’t worth hiring to also save cost. Pools were hot, clean and a staff member was on duty to supervise. Parking is interesting. It’s closer to park in the front car park and do a short walk down to the reception. Or there’s plenty of parking after the reception, but there’s no footpath and you have to walk on the road where cars are. They should consider adding a footpath in.

Water was great! - I had high hopes this would be a wonderful experience. Being a Kiwi, hot thermal pools are our specialty. Booking online was frustrating, with website issues forcing me to phone instead. The reception process felt like herding cattle en masse. Everywhere you turned there seemed to be another money grab, $10 towels for a two-hour soak, $10 for a dressing gown, $6 for a locker. The biggest thing I noticed, and my wife agreed, was the atmosphere between staff at both reception desks. It felt tense, like they didn’t get along. Even a simple “thank you” from one staff member to another sounded like it was dragged out under duress. That said, the water itself was amazing, warm, relaxing, and with a good variety of pools. But overall, I probably won’t be back. If I hear of a change in management or see better reviews on social media, I might reconsider.

Could improve parking & customer service - Left a phone message to book in Tuesday no return call. Drove there Wednesday no parks. Not sure if they want my business or not? I needed the salt therapy for my asthma obviously wasn’t meant to go here.
