Beautiful historic building - The Palace of Culture and Science is a must-see in Warsaw. Majestic and charming, it dominates the city with its grandeur. From the 30th floor you can enjoy an extraordinary panoramic view: the modern skyline contrasts with the historic soul of the capital. Inside museums, theaters and cinemas make the experience complete. A symbolic and vital place, absolutely worth visiting.

Spectacular views - We bought the tickets on one of the machines in the hall and went up to the 30th floor. There are spectacular 360 views across the city. This activity is worth carrying out

Must visit in Warsaw - Really great tour. Must see while in Warsaw! Would 100% recommend. The guide was amazing and knew a lot about the building, and the view from the viewing dock was breathtaking.

Interesting - We bought tickets in the ticket box. There was not much queue there, but a little queue to get up in the elevator to 30.etg. Great view of Warsaw from the terrace, in all directions. Impressive building. Could have been a little better organizing the elevators up and down.

Palace of Culture and Science / Palace of Culture and Science - It's the symbol of Warsaw. It is located in the city centre and can be reached from the train station or metro. Built in Brutalist style. It was a gift from Stalin. Inside there is a cinema, a theater and you can climb to the top thanks to a lift on the 30th floor from which you can enjoy the view. It is also recommended to stop by in the evening to see it illuminated. It's the symbol of Warsaw. It's located in the city center and can be reached from the train station or the metro. Lovely Guide But Just Get The Ticket For The Viewing Gallery And Skip The Tour - The guide was so nice and the place is good with lovely views from the top, he gave great information about the building and the empty rooms we were shown into. Would I say it was worth the money and do it again. I am afraid not, I would just pay to visit the top.

Rude staff, poor value (€8 for 1 floor only). Turnstiles locked us out, blonde receptionist was condescending & unhelpfu - Disappointing Experience: Rude Staff Ruins Historic Venue 1/5 ⭐ We were intrigued by this historic building and decided to visit during our 3-day stay in Warsaw. Unfortunately, what should have been a cultural highlight turned into an embarrassing and frustrating experience. The Issues: First, there’s no proper welcome or guidance at the entrance. We paid €8 per person, only to discover the ticket grants access exclusively to the 30th floor observation deck – which, frankly, offers a less impressive view than the Varso Tower. But here’s where things got truly unacceptable: assuming we could explore other floors (as nothing was clearly explained), we descended from the 30th floor back to the reception area. When we tried to re-enter through the turnstiles, they blocked us completely. The system wouldn’t let us back in. The worst part? A blonde woman at the entrance kept condescendingly repeating “scan, scan” as if we were idiots who didn’t understand how turnstiles work. Despite the obvious technical issue, she refused to acknowledge the problem and persisted with her patronizing attitude. She made no effort to help, wouldn’t open the turnstiles manually, and ultimately we had to leave. This woman was unpleasant, rude, and completely unsuitable for a customer-facing role in a public tourist attraction. It was humiliating to be treated this way as tourists who had paid good money to visit – money that, ironically, helps pay her salary. Management should take action immediately. Staff like this damage the reputation of what could be a wonderful landmark. Such a shame, especially considering all the other amazing experiences we’ve had in this beautiful city. Avoid this place – your time and money are better spent elsewhere in Warsaw.
