Feel the spirit of communist Warsaw during this private tour in an iconic retro automobile of the 1970’s and 80’s - the Fiat 125p. You will be chauffeured by a professional driver-guide who will introduce you to Warsaw and its communist history, showing you the most important landmarks such as the Palace of Culture and Science, the House of The Polish Communist Party and the communist housing districts. Hop in the car and learn about the era of monumental, massive architecture, empty store shelves and never-ending queues.
The route might be changed a bit accordingly to current traffic situation.

I'd do this tour again in a heartbeat - Loved this tour -- Marcin was an outstanding, knowledgeable, highly amusing guide who showed me a million aspects of Warsaw that were not obvious to my naked eye. I'm a history teacher / buff, and this fed my soul -- I've been home for a week, and this is the experience I keep coming back to as I share about what I saw/learned in Poland. Super fun to zip around in the vintage Fiat -- I recommend this tour heartily to anyone looking for a wise and witty lens into life under communism and a savvy take on contemporary politics and recent history. Loved it -- thank you, Marcin!!

A beautiful visit to Warsaw - We enjoyed our visit to Communist Warsaw in the Fiat 125 Polski. This gives a special character to this circuit especially if you are passionate about vintage cars. We had an excellent guide, Martin (Marcin in Polish). His English is excellent and he is very interesting to listen to. We can ask him questions, he knows how to explain the story. The content and tour are very pleasant and rewarding. We highly recommend this activity.

Morning around Warsaw - Fun half day around the City. Konrad was quite knowledgeable on Cold War history! Saw several sights and learned new tid bits. Fiat was a fun vehicle for the tour.

Knowledgeable Guide! - My tour guide was Konrad, and he was amazing. I am very knowledgeable about Communism and post-Soviet countries, and Konrad and I could have a great detailed discussion about the topic. I really enjoyed my time and learning the Polish history. I absolutely recommend.

Unique and fun way to see Warsaw! - What a unique and fun way to see Warsaw! Everywhere we drove locals saw the vintage car and smiled.
Our guide brought a marvelous perspective to the communist history of Warsaw as someone born into it and growing up as it was receding. He showed us examples of how people lived through those times and what the regime build to support its people. We saw the first apartment blocks that were supposed to be the model for future builds, but were not as they were too luxurious. We also visited "Stalin's Gift" that was not really a gift and took time to visit some of the ghetto's that are undergoing gentrification so we culd see the before and after.
Well worth the time and riding in the vintage Fiat was the cherry on the cake.

Fantastic Experience - What an experience to get a real sense for the beautiful city of Warsaw and her history. Karol was great! Very knowledgeable and pointed out all of the best spots to see the monuments of the Soviet era (along with some other important locations). He even personalized the tour a little bit to better suite my interests. I would highly recommend!

Thought Provoking Tour - The private tour with Karol who has a history degree and is pursuing a PhD was incredibly insightful. I thoroughly appreciated his professionalism and extensive knowledge that he used to draw connections to how the architecture and propaganda were used by Communists to manipulate the public was invaluable. Also, the ability to ride in a car built during Communist times (1977) during the tour also added to the experience.
