• Malkinia Gorna - The drive to Treblinka takes approximately one hour and 15 minutes. This is an opportunity to enjoy the Polish countryside and engage with your guide. He is your host, and his passion is to help you understand Poland.
• Treblinka Memorial - Upon arrival at the forest near Treblinka village, you will visit a museum and memorial dedicated to World War II’s second-deadliest Nazi extermination camp. Begin with a museum visit featuring a miniature camp model and watch the moving testimonies of survivors. Then, follow the symbolic train tracks to the impressive Treblinka memorial. Comprising over 17,000 stones, the monument honors approximately 900,000 victims of the extermination camp. Discover the harrowing stories of the transportation of European Jews to this camp and learn about the revolt in Treblinka during the summer of 1943. After reflecting at the Treblinka memorial, you will return to Warsaw, your starting point.

Following a one-hour and 15-minute drive, accompanied by a conversation with the guide, the journey leads to the Treblinka II museum nestled in the forests near Malkinia. The visit begins at the museum, where visitors can explore artefacts, reading materials, a camp model, and a poignant film. After exploring the exhibition, the guide will lead a walk into the forest to locate the site where the camp once stood. Regrettably, no original buildings or installations remain, as they were dismantled by the German Nazis before the conclusion of WWII. Instead, visitors will encounter a hauntingly empty field, the former camp area, and memorials that denote significant locations within the camp.

Please be aware that the tour exclusively visits Treblinka II, the former extermination camp. Treblinka I, the former labor camp, is not included.

After reflecting at the central memorial of Treblinka II, the tour returns to Warsaw, the initial departure point.
