- Old Town - The Old Town is not just the historical heart of Warsaw. It’s important to note that until the late 18th century, Warsaw consisted solely of the Old Town, known as Old Warsaw. The New Town, once called New Warsaw, was added later. These were originally two distinct cities, each with its own coat of arms: the Old Warsaw Mermaid and the New Warsaw Lady with a Unicorn. During the tour, highlights include the column of King Sigismund III Vasa in front of the Royal Castle, which was once the residence of the Masovian dukes. The tour continues to the Cathedral of St. John, where the tombs of the Masovian dukes are located. Visitors will explore the Museum of Warsaw to admire the historic mermaid, preserved from the Warsaw Uprising. The journey proceeds through the Barbican, the former fortification dividing New and Old Warsaw, and includes a visit to the historic bell at Kanonia Square. The tour concludes with a visit to see Chopin’s heart, enshrined in the Church of the Holy Cross.

More Than Dates and Facts — It’s About People - What I loved most was that our guide didn’t just list historical events — he told stories about the people who lived here. The old photos on his tablet, his wit, and his deep knowledge made Warsaw’s past feel close and real.

A Walk That Changed How I See Warsaw” - I expected a typical sightseeing tour, but this was something else. Our guide showed us hidden corners, explained how the city was rebuilt, and even shared personal memories from his family. It felt honest, emotional and beautifully told.

Get to know the Old Town better - I thought I knew Warsaw, especially the Old Town - I was wrong. When I took a walk in Warsaw with a guide named Cezary, I saw the same places in a different light. I learned a lot of history about these places and the people associated with them. I am impressed. I recommend it.

I'm getting to know Warsaw anew - I thought I knew the Old Town well, but now, this great guide has shown me that I was wrong. I now perceive the Sigismund's Column and the Royal Castle differently. I am rediscovering the streets, tenements, and noticing symbols that I hadn’t seen before. It was a true experience. I recommend it.
