See the town without driving. Stratford upon Avon - We arrived noon this day of a street fair, going in Stratford upon Avon. it was wonderful! Found our way to the number 1 stop at the Visitor Center, hoped on and took our first trip around all the stops like my wife and I always do. Then got off where we wanted to rome around then get back on, then off again. Drivers were very good, smooth driving. Even ask for a stop by the train station, just a short walk We were happy that Stratford upon Avon had a Hop on Hop off. Best way to see a town when your not driving on holiday.

always worth it. - Really enjoy using this company. I always look to see if they buses in the city when i travel. Was a little disappointed in Stratford-upon-Avon only because they did not mention upcoming stops by number. Minor inconvenience.

Useful start to the day - We bought our tickets at the tourist information office where the first bus stop is situated. The tickets seemed to be better value than advertised. We decided to start our 2 day visit with this tour to gain some information and locate places of interest. Not all headphone sockets were working, but at least they were clearly taped over to avoid sitting in those seats! The audio commentary was really interesting. We sat in the upper deck, but beware of low hanging branches! The circuit lasted about an hour and we chose not to get off as we could walk to most of the venues. This would be a useful way to reach Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, but we chose to drive there the following day.

Worth while doing if you are new to Stratford - We have done this many times over the years with our children, then our grandchildren, we thought we'd give it another go on our recent visit to Stratford upon Avon. It was quite interesting, unfortunately my husband's headphones 🎧 were not working properly, so we did another loop on a different bus, and this time he was able to hear. Every time we do this we learn the meaning of some every day phrases, this tone it was "night night sleep tight", " left on the shelf" and the a couple more, you will have to do the tour to find out more It took about an hour you might be lucky enough to see some beautiful race horses 🐎 If you keep your ticket the next time you do a hop on hop off bus tour on any part of the world you will get some money off, you can buy your ticket in the tourist information centre or on the bus

Misfortune reigns - We only had the ride ticket unfortunately. A vehicle had just crashed into Shakespeare’s daughter’s house rendering it off limits. Then the power had gone off in Anne Hathaway’s cottage, and the till couldn’t open nor could charges be made, so no visit there! The bus driver only sells ride and combined ride tickets, no attraction tickets. We gave up after having to order something in the little restaurant by the cottage so we would be allowed to use the restroom.

Missing stops and no updates on website - Very disappointed. We joined bus initially on sat 23rd August at bus stop by RSC, lovely big market on.. Couldn't get audio working at front of bus on one of head sets so had to move around until found two together that worked Bus quite messy, and didnt feel clean. Nice drivers though Went to same stop on Sunday, saw bus leave 1st stop as it made its way to our stop, but it never arrived. Dashed through markets to get to stop One, where we were informed they'd cut out stops 2, 3 and 4, so only picked up at stop 5 before heading off to Anne Hathaways Cottage and Mary Ardens Farm.. As previously mentioned those other stops are do able on foot, but not the point I said to driver how we'd been waiting and told, We dont do them on market days..They did on the Saturday! How is a visitor to know this, as I said there wasn't an update on web page, to which replied, no, dont tend to update !! No schedule of pick up.times in brochure, which we know can be -ish times, as expect a 5 min here and there for congestion hold ups, but felt very underwhelmed by experience and couldnt access any discount vouchers, either on website or leaflet.. As I say, we were very disappointed Also.. No idea when 'live guides' where going to be onboard over the weekend

Not a good service in Stratford - Waited for over 30 mins for a bus at stop 5 didn’t arrive . Tried to find stop 4 using the route map but couldn’t find it and even the traffic warden wasn’t aware. Eventually went back to stop 5 where a couple had been waiting for 40 mins . Driver grumpy and drove at speed bouncing us all over the place at one stage before we even got to the bumpy road sign! Not as good as Bath, Belfast, Seville or Cardiff

Total waste of money! - Total waste of money. The only place needed a bus for is Ann Hathaway Cottage . Everything else is walkable. Bus times were not accessible , nor was the actual bus stops. Many confused people. Bus at Ann Hathaways cottage drove straight off , without letting us on, so a half hour wait for next bus!
