- U.S. Capitol - IMPORTANT NOTE: The government reserves the right to close or cancel any tour due to security emergencies or VIP visits without prior notice. The Library of Congress is not open on Mondays, so the tour will substitute with the US Capitol Museum, allowing more time at the US Capitol. Tours starting at 8 AM focus solely on the US Capitol before joining the bus tour for the morning or full-day tour. All US Capitol tours meet at First Street and Maryland Ave NE, across from the Supreme Court. Enjoy your tour with Signature Tours and DC Guided Tours. Additionally, the 8:00 a.m. US Capitol tour does NOT include the Library of Congress. All other daily tours do, except on Mondays as mentioned above. All tours start at 8 AM, 9 AM, 11:30 AM, and 2 PM from the meeting point at First Street and Maryland Avenue NE, across from the United States Supreme Court. Please meet us 15 minutes before the starting time.

Well worth the trip! - Very inspiring. Beautiful building. Didn’t get to go into the House or Senate galleries - you have to get tickets from your state reps. Rochelle was very knowledgeable and engaging.

Great tour - Great tour. Dwayne was knowledgeable and was able to articulate well. His commentary was able to generate interest in learning more about the US Capitol.

Library of congress &... - Library of congress & capitol. Tour guide was very knowledgeable . He said he has been doing this tour for 20 years & his expertise proved it!!

Great tour of the Capital & Library of Congress - This was an excellent overview of both the Capital building and the Library of Congress. The tour was over 2 hours but could easily have gone on for another 2. The Library of Congress has a lot to offer and couldn’t fully be covered. You have the opportunity to get a library card from it but get there with a picture ID before it closes at 4:30. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely do this tour again. Great for singles, couples or families (not ideal for small children or babies).

The Rotunda was so... - The Rotunda was so impressive. I had never been to the Library of Congress & it was well worth the trip.

Awesome tour … beware the guide - The library of congress is perhaps the most beautiful building in all of DC
our guide Rochelle unfortunately was not the best. She was soft spoken amongst the large crowds and her knowledge of the exhibits was not the same level as the other guides we had on our other tours

The app program said visit to the library of congress or the museum. We did not visit the library of congress. We got cut short - I am waiting on a refund for the tour. We did not visit the library of congress or museum like the app said. We got through half of the Capital tour and had to leave. The tour guide was good

Waste of time - The operator never showed up, wasted my time. I would avoid at all costs. There were other reviews warnings of this. Avoid.
