Over the course of the 2-hour experience, guests will visit the most popular memorials and the White House, where the guides will use their photography skills to help capture lasting memories. This is a group E-cart tour, and depending on time and availability, the cart may be a classic or modern electric design.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks for yourself and any minor in your party who meets the age requirement. Compliance Responsibility: You certify that all members of your party meet the minimum age requirement. Failure to comply will result in denial of service without refund, rescheduling, or credit. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the tour, including those related to failure to follow stated policies.
