The tour will wrap up at the Washington Monument, where participants will receive Entry Passes for independent access into the sight. While many tours encompass various monuments and notable spots of the capital city, few encompass the Washington Monument. This tour offers you a special opportunity to have a look inside and ascend to the apex of this construction, an experience missed when only viewed on a conventional tour.
- Ticket Upgrades: 1. Due to hours of operation at the attractions, tickets will be either be valid for same day or the next available day of travel after your tour. 2. Your attraction tickets will be valid for entry on the date and time assigned by the attraction, which will be noted on your entry ticket upon receipt. Date and time cannot be selected ahead of time, and we are unable to change the date and time assigned to you by the attraction. 3. The tour operator will send your ticket to you on the date of your scheduled tour. Tickets will be sent to travelers via WhatsApp. If you did not provide us with a valid WhatsApp phone number during checkout, please contact us prior to your tour date. 4. Attraction Tickets are non-refundable once issued to travelers. 5. Tickets are used for self-guided entry into the attractions. Entry is not a part of the guided tour experience and is for the traveler to use independently.

Please meet us at the tour departure location 790 Pennsylvania Ave. NW near the National Archives Building. The bus stop is located near the corner of 9th Street NW, there will be sign on a pole reading "Signature Tours" or "DC Guided Tours" next to a bench. Please arrive no later than 9:30 AM.

Tyron keeps it fun for kids, teens and adults alike! - Tyrone did amazing keeping it fun for kids, a teen (17) and adults alike.
He interacted with everyone and his sense of humor kept it interesting.
I would recommend him highly!

Highlights of DC - It was educational and especially good for adults or kids with an interest in history!
The tour is perfect for an initial overview of several important sites around town. This is good for returning later and doing an in-depth tour! FDR memorial was out favorite and of course the Washington Monument.

Washington DC tour - Our tour guide was wonderful. It would have been nice if he had a microphone because at times , even on the van, it was hard to hear him. We had purchased the Washington Monument ticket. We were the only ones in our group who had so we were left at the monument 2 1/2 hours before our tour time. There needs to be better communication regarding the description of this tour. We had to rearrange our afternoon plans. Still a good tour, lunch added would be a nice option. We did a Hoover Dam tour from Vegas that included lunch and it was wonderful. The timing of this tour made it difficult to plan the day.

Half day tour & Washington Monument - Good half day tour. The tour stops at various primary places (all good) of interest. Very hot day - water was provided. Public rest rooms were available at several stops. Entertaining narrator, he was good at drawing the kids in our tour in. I was hoping he'd dig a little further in to details behind some of the statues at a few of the sites. Gave general information about what we were seeing along the way and what we were seeing at the various stops we made. Was hoping for a little more detail and insight. A good overview of the city, though. A longer version of the tour is available. We only paid for the 1/2 day tour which included a trip up and down the Washington Monument, which was our primary goal.

Great tour guide and well organised - Tyrone our guide was very nice and informative . Chatted to guests as e strolled along not putting anyone under pressure as there were families and older people with us also . You could see his love for his job and also quite funny as well . We were dropped and collected by our great driver who always had ice cold water ready for us as it was very warm . Really enjoyed our 3+ hours on this trip of some of Washington’s amazing monuments

Guide was Distracted by Other Barbecue Fanatics in the Group - Guide was jovial and knowledgeable but much too much joking about Harry Potter and Transformers and references to video games. I cannot relate. I just tuned out. Also the people in my group kept talking with with about barbecue and it dominated their conversation. I just did not enjoy this guide. I left at Lincoln Memorial and used a book instead

Washington Monument - The tour and tour guide was excellent. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. What was irritating was it took a while to get the tickets for the Washington Monument. It took some time to get the tickets, then when I got them through my phone, it was for the next day. Very frustrating

Great Guide but No Washington Monument - I enjoyed the tour very much. I took it with my adult sons while we were in the city. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and great about bathroom breaks! The only issue was that this was listed as a tour that included a visit and ticket to the Washington Monument, and we never went there.

This tour is a complete... - This tour is a complete scam. It misleads customers with false advertising. I booked it specifically for the promised entry to the Washington Monument — as the title clearly states: "Entry to Washington Monument with guided bus tour through the city in the morning." Anyone would assume that this includes actual admission (not just the price but the opportunity to enter in and of itself) to the Monument. It's the exact opposite of what was advertised. I wasted both time and money on a tour that failed to deliver its most basic and advertised feature. Avoid at all costs.
