- Godfrey Tours - Godfrey Tours will pick you up at your ship or hotel at and take you shopping in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Once done with shopping, you can board again for a scenic two hour sightseeing tour of the island. Our tour will take you to the Mafolie Hotel to overlook the Bluebeard and Blackbeard’s pirate castles, then up to the highest…
- Godfrey Tours - Godfrey Tours will pick you up at your ship or hotel at and take you shopping in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Once done with shopping, you can board again for a scenic two hour sightseeing tour of the island. Our tour will take you to the Mafolie Hotel to overlook the Bluebeard and Blackbeard’s pirate castles, then up to the highest point, the mountain top where you will find the famous rum daiquiri. We’ll continue the tour and enjoy the view of Hassel island, Water Island, and the island of St. Croix along the way. We’ll continue to Sir Francis Drake seat, (the British pirate) overlooking Magens Bay.
Once we get to the beach area, you can select the beach of your choice (Megan’s Bay, Coki Beach or Sapphire Beach) and enjoy for another two hours after which we will take you back to your ship on time. Beach entrance fee is NOT included in package price.
- Mountain Top - Shopping Mall where you find the world’s famous Banana Diaquiri.
- Bluebeard’s Hill - We stop and overlook Bluebeard’s and Blackbeard’s Castle.
- Drake’s Seat - We stop and overlook Megan’s Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

- If your ship is late or delayed and you have an early tour, don’t panic! We will wait and give you reasonable and sufficient time to get off the ship so that you can still enjoy your tour. Remember to keep our number handy just in case you need to reach us in case of a delay or very early arrival.

- You should bring along the following items: bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and cash for lunch, drinks and souvenirs. Drinks on the tour bus are complimentary.
- While shopping or at the beach, your items will be secured in the front cab of the tour bus.
- If Shopping is part of your tour, once you’re finished, we meet at the Liberty Bell in Emancipation Park. Shops close at 1:00 PM on Sundays.
- Coki Beach and Sapphire Beaches are free but Magens Bay has an entrance fee of $7.00 per person.
- Your Tour Package does not include the beach entrance fee, Coral World entrance fee or any other activity.
- Free drinks are provided on the tour buses all day for our passengers.

Excellent sampling of St.... - Excellent sampling of St. Thomas with a variety of experiences. Great value for the money. Visited a beautiful beach featuring bar and grill with outdoor seating facing the ocean. Knowledgeable guide. Completely satisfied.

Six hour option for Shop, See, and Splash - Our excursion booked with Godfrey Tours through TripAdvisor was so excellent! Mr. Godfrey picked us up right on time at the designated spot near our cruise ship (he wasn’t early so don’t worry if you don’t see him!) We rode an open air bus with a few other families to downtown Charlotte Amalie for an hour of shopping and exploring. Next we rode to the topmost point of St. Thomas for the most amazing views. Godfrey was incredibly knowledgeable about all things St. Thomas and taught us every step of the way. The ride and views were incredible, and then we had time for swimming in the beautiful, warm, and clear ocean at Magen’s Bay beach ($7 entrance fee is worth it) before being picked up and delivered to our cruise ship. I would have liked more time at the beach but our cruise ship decided to leave earlier than planned. Godfrey made sure we were back with plenty of time. He also had water, sodas, and chips for us, and just took such good care of us. I would not want to try this tour on my own with the left side driving and curving winding roads. It was well worth the money. I highly recommend this tour with Godfrey Tours.

We had such a great... - We had such a great experience. Godfrey was so accommodating, took pride in giving us a great experience and also filling us in with the history of the island. I would definitely recommend going on this trip to other travelers. A great bang for your buck.

Beautiful island tour! - We had a really good time on this tour. It was very informational and covered a lot of the island! There were some very beautiful views and stops were reasonable. The tram was open air and nice.

An amazing day with goofrey - Mr.goofrey is a very respectful and knowledgable, we learn a lot about the island history and got to take pictures and videos of some amazing views . You would truly enjoy yourself .

Nice Tour, plan 6/7 hours - We enjoyed the tour and feel it was a good value. Our scheduled pickup time was pushed back an hour and the tour ran further behind schedule as the day went on. Because of this we had to forgo the final part (the beach) as we had dinner reservations. I can recommend, but keep evening plans flexible as there’s chance you’ll be dropped back at your hotel much later than expected

There was some initial... - There was some initial confusion on which of the two ports to be picked up from. Not the fault of the tour company (Godfrey) as I put down the port that our cruise line (Holland America) told me a couple of months before the cruise. Once on board, HAL announced we would be going to the other port. I called Viator who said they would contact Godfrey. Plus I left a text for Godfrey but never heard back. Godfrey did contact me the morning of the excursion and ensured someone picked us up and got us back to the tour. The tour wasn't crowded and allowed everyone enough time at the stops. The tour advertised the choice of staying one of 3 beaches if we wanted. But, we were only offered Sapphire Beach which was outstanding. Godfrey Tours dropped us off at our port even though we were the only ones from that one.

Not as advertised. - It was not a great experience. Did not have wifi on the ship so we never had a ticket or any info where to meet driver. I had to go to guest services on ship to call to find the meeting point. Arrived on time and there was no driver waiting or holding a sign with a name. There were others that had to call too because they were waiting as well. Didn't know to look for Godfrey tours (vs Viator) either without being able to access wifi anywhere off the ship either. After we found our driver, we left 25 minutes late.
He did not take us shopping in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Did not take us to Mafolie Hotel to overlook the Bluebeard and Blackbeard's pirate castles. We did go up to the mountain top and enjoyed the beautiful view, had a banana daquari and bought a couple souveniers and was time to leave. We did stop at Sir Francis Drake seat, (the British pirate) overlooking Magens Bay.
Our group chose Sapphire Beach and had about an hour and a half there and then they took us back to the ship early. Said all the shops in downtown closed at 5 so that was a big disappointment that we did not go where promised, We should have been taken there first.
Driver did a good job (roads are crazy busy and winding) and he was personable. He offered chips and water.
