Great guide & great views! A fun way to spend a day! - Godfrey tours did a fantastic job in our tour of St. Thomas. Our guide was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the island. We had a great time shopping in Charlotte-Amalie and had some really great views of St. Thomas and the surrounding islands while learning about the history of various sites. The trip to Mountain Top was a treat to see the island from it's highest point and the banana daiquiris there were awesome. Our guide also provided plenty of water and snacks for everyone! We had a truly fantastic time spending the day touring the island.

Good experience; guide... - Good experience; guide very knowledgeable and professional. This is a good tour to get a an overview (literally and figuratively) of the island of St. Thomas.

Godfrey tours is the only way to view the island - The best experience everrrrrrr! I would highly recommend Godfrey travels over and over! The only one on the island that offers unlimited complimentary snacks and drinks the entire tour. Also, the tour is 2, 4, or 6 hours all for the same price! He literally took everywhere on the island and allowed us time to stop and shop, stop and swim at the beaches for an hour and a half, stopped and let us eat at restaurants. He gave us a beautiful experience and Godfrey is amazing at what he does!

Godfrey is the absolute best! - Godfrey is your tour guide and he has a wealth of knowledge about the islands and sights. He went above and beyond in different ways for members of our tour. One couple in particular lost a cell phone in a taxi prior to coming on the tour. Between stops he worked with the taxi company and others to facilitate the return of their property. I don’t know how he juggled everything so effortlessly. The rest of us didn’t even know what was going on until later. His warmhearted nature and love for his community and the islands is profoundly obvious and you would be doing yourself a disservice by not jumping on this tour and seeing the island. I felt safe the entire time and never rushed or brushed off when I asked questions. It IS a long event with stops heads up, so leave your day open for this and then once you are done continue with making plans and having fun. He also recommends the best restaurants and shops. 10/10 Godfrey is the only tour guide I’ll be recommending to my friends and loved ones when they travel to the island. *** TIP YOUR DRIVER!! *** He kept us safe and happy the entire time, we spent around 5-6 hours touring the island and all the major sites, stops and beaches. Gas prices are a lot on the island like most things because everything is imported. The quality of this tour should make it priced much higher but he does this for a reason. Quality and value are still allowed to go hand in hand but tipping would be recommended and is greatly appreciated.

Great Experience - Although he was a bit late, Godfrey was very friendly and provided endless amount of complimentary beverages and snacks 🤭. 10/10. He even dropped us to the dock to let us catch us our ferry, instead of paying for a taxi.

Not a good experience for me - My experience was not a good one. We booked this tour based on previous reviews. Our tour started late. Then we were told we would start our tour on one bus, and then switch to another bus. Godfrey dropped us off to shop for an hour and a half, then return to get us after he picked up more people, then we were switched to a taxi, yes taxi! We were behind Godfrey in his tour bus, we could see him stopping and pointing out areas of interest, and our taxi driver was also stopping, but we weren't able to hear anything from the driver. It was loud and he was asked to speak louder, but we still couldn't hear. It appeared that the tour was over booked and it was a last minute decision to hire a taxi to accommodate everyone in the tour. I feel like the tour could have been better had Godfrey not tried to squeeze so many people in the tour.

Do not book with this... - Do not book with this travel company Goodfrey Tours. Per the booking, our tour was to start at 8:30 am and end at 12:30 pm. The travel operator picked us up at 9:15 am without notifying us or the other people waiting at the cruise port. We finally made it to downtown to be dropped of for our 2 hours of shopping. The operator told everyone to be back at 11:00 am for pickup. Again the bus driver was late with no explanation and all participants were sitting outside waiting. Once we finally got going, the driver started listing all these places we should have gone to see, which was a little late. He should have given us that list when he dropped us off, not after he picked us up. We were not the only people who were quite upset. As we were driving, we learned they had cancelled some tours and were mixing our 4 hour tour with some of the 6 hour tours. After arriving at the next stop, he dropped us off at the next stop, he gave us a time to meet and again was quite late. We were getting extremely worried as we had booked another excursion at 2:30 pm, thinking we had 2 hours between the excursion. During the ride, the microphone was too close to his mouth and we could not understand what he was saying. Several people tried to talk to him about not understanding his talking, but he did not change. Again we made another stop and this time he was over an hour late picking us up. Every time we stopped, he could not pick us up on time when every one in the bus was on time and waiting. In the tour explanation the famous banana daiquiri was to be provided at the famous Mountain Top. When we got there, he stated the daiquiri was not included and we had to pay for it ourselves. By this time we were running extremely late and was trying to reach our next excursion to let them know we were going to be late. The bus was stopping at Megans Bay Beach which it was not suppose to do, but since they had mixed tours they had to stop. He had to call another bus to come pick us up and take us back to our cruise port. We did make it to our next excursion, however we were late. I will never book with this company again and will be requesting a refund of this tour. If I could this company would not even get one star. This really ruined our morning to spend in St. Thomas.
