A place to forget time - The visit begins unusually: Right at the beginning, a Dalí clock that doesn't make an effort to be on time. Afterwards we go underground through the gully of a giant, through the wonder chambers of the Swarovski crystal worlds. The rooms are very different – sometimes cool and sparkling, sometimes quiet and almost meditative. Some invite you to stop, others unfold on the side. I found it particularly nice how natural it is to look here. Children playfully move through the rooms, adults do the same. Without hustle and bustle, without a fixed drain. What I liked: You don’t have to understand or “work through” anything. It's enough to be there, to look, to let yourself drift. I often forgot my audio guide simply because the moment was just enough.

My visit to Swarovski land. - The employees here go out of their way to be nice. Andreea was especially nice at the Swarovski store. I wish they had a factory tour.

Wonderful - We visited the crystal world, and enjoyed viewing the rooms. The outdoor area was great with the clouds and the crystals.

Good - Beautiful crystal world. Mesmerizing & glad that we decided to take a chance to visit & not blindly believe in the reviews. Don't keep much expectation & u will be surprised. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Did feel that the bus ticket was expensive but if u buy 2way ticket u save 1€. Bus was comfortable & the drive from Innsbruck station-swarovski was good.

Can be missed - Not super impressive. The inside is quite silly infact. Would not recommend you pay extra just to see this. If you get the innsbruck card and have extra time to kill in innsbruck, consider visiting this place.

Weak and distant city tour - We only had 1 day in Innsbruck and we chose to go to Swarovski. I didn't find much. If I had explored the city it would ⁇ have been a better day.

Swarovski Crystal World - May be avoided - My recommendations are to avoid this. Not much to see. Bus driver took us for granted and refused entry to bus while returning whereas we have paid for both ways. He doesn’t speak English and you are breaking your head against a wall. We ended uo paying ticket price. But we were later informed that in case you have bought something, the receipt can be shown to driver. Its better to spend half a day in other activities at Innsbruck than investing here

Disappointing. - Total waste of money & time . Transfer from innsbrock. Coach 3/4 . Purchase return ticket . Inside display did not warrant entry price . Shop was definitely overpriced. Cafeteria was closed .staff member on break & machine not working . Outside was relaxing to walk around & free kiddy ride . On going to get coach back . Driver did not check tickets . But there was more passenger trying to board coach than seats available. So passengers with tickets got left behind. Whilst passengers who made own way there . Got free ride back to town . Absolutely crazy leaving passengers with tickets behind

Terrible Experience - DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE. I am in Austria, Innsbruck. My wife and I decided to visit SWAROVSKI KRISTALLWELTEN. It is her birthday and I decided to buy her a bracelet. That is when the story changed. The price was marked £135, we decided to buy and doublr checked with the lady showing us the product. After choosing we went to pay and for our surprise that eas £175. We hd a chat with the manager and she said she could do nothing aabout that or we buy and pay that price or leave the queue. I told her this was supposed to be a top level store , but apparently she didnt care about that. My advice to customers is double check the price and bare in mind they dont care about you or if the prices are correct inside the store.

Do not visit Kristallwelten, no matter how much you like the crystals - My fiance and I went to Kristallwelten with such high hopes. I have been a Swarovski loyalist for 17 years. We coughed 500 Euros to go to their head office in Austria only to find their museum a complete waste of time and money. There is NOTHING remotely attractive or worthwhile; just a money making gimmick. Even getting there was painful with limited (and expensive) bus service. Their museum must be a rich source of income without any investment since there is nothing to see or enjoy. I spent another 1000 Euros in the store, only to find out 5 months later that jewellery bought was not repairable in North America even when it is within the warranty period. And some of the pieces are made by 3rd party vendors even though sold in their flagship store!!!! After numerous emails and several weeks later, they just returned the amount despite me requesting a replacement. I bought the item on sale at the time and it was part of a set and a gift to my sister. Now her jewellery set is messed up and the refunded amount will not buy any item from the store in Canada. Emails to CEO and some top executives have gone fully unanswered. It’s a family run company so they don’t care as they are not answerable to shareholders. Extremely poor customer service to a customer who has spent thousands and thousands on their jewellery for almost 2 decades. I have been their brand ambassador to all my family, friends and colleagues across 5 countries I have lived.
