An Adventure At Chukka - My family and I had an amazing day. Our zip line tour guides Corey, Mark, Kemar and the Governor, were outstanding kept us safe and made the experience so wonderful.🥰 We ventured into the caves where Shawn and Kyle made our trolly cave tour informative and energetic…very enjoyable. Ending the day with Gabrielle on our Rum tour was suberb!!!! Unfortunately the pool was closed… not happy about that as we packed towels and wore swimsuits all day, should have been told especially as it was hot as Hades!!! Thanks to all the awesome guides we left the day on a good note and definitely recommend this day away from the beach.

Fun adventure tour! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chukka Zipline & Cave Tours – A Must-Do in Barbados! We had the best time at Chukka! The guides were absolutely fantastic — super informative, friendly, and always making sure we felt safe and had fun. The zipline was an adrenaline rush, and the cave tour was both fascinating and beautiful. On top of the activities, we enjoyed all the great amenities on site, which made the day even more relaxing and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Green Monkey cocktails — hands down, a must-try while you’re there! If you’re looking for a mix of adventure, learning, and a little island indulgence, Chukka is the place to be. We can’t recommend it enough!

So much FUN! - James, Kamal and Kyle were simply WONDERFUL. I wish I could remember everyone else’s names. They make it so fun even if you have a fear of heights. This is our second time here and each time it gets better! 10/10 recommend checking it out!

Cave and zipline tour - good fun for a morning excursion - A really great excursion. We were collected from the hotel at an allocated time and the journey takes you through some beautiful countryside, it was nice to see inland scenery. We arrived at the venue earlier than our booked time slot and were told we'd be collected by our zipline instructor, although it wasn't clear what time that would be, so loitered around the shop area. The zipeline experience was really good fun. All of the instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the experience really well. At the end of the zipline we had to wait about an hour before our tram cave tour. This again wasn't clear on timings and I had to ask a couple of members of staff who gave approx (Bajan 😁) times. The site isn't huge, so we were able to grab some food and walk the short nature trail and then head back to the cave in plenty of time. The caves are eerily beautiful and we had a couple of stops inside for photo opportunities, again our guide was very informative and good fun. The site is beautifully landscaped and there are plenty of food and drink options. The only element I wasn't a fan of was the aviary. The birds were in small, empty cages, there are also a group of mallards in a small enclosure with a very small shallow pool. They may well be moved to larger areas at the end of the day, I didn't ask.

Mixed feelings - I wish I could give this a better rating, but it was not a pleasant experience. The description says to come 30 minutes early, so we made sure to be there when it was expected. Out tour started about 40 minutes late. No real explanation was given. In fact, the 5 of us waiting were pretty confused and largely ignored by the staff until someone finally came to get us. The other people waiting were equally confused and unsure of what to do next, and they felt that the staff working there was a bit rude to them, too. Upon getting to the zip line, we learned that there are really no locks available for the lockers and that it's seemingly not a big deal for anyone. I get that theft it's not a big issue on the island, but I was traveling with very expensive medical equipment and I personally was really worried since I couldn't take anything with me on the zip line with me. Now, the guys working the zip line were generally nice. The first two stations were operated by the nicest and the most personable people. Kamal is AMAZING - he deserves a raise! He made an effort to learn every person's name, made is super personalized and fun. He saved the tour for us. There were two more guys that were really professional, but I didn't catch their names. I would say that the guys working there seemed to be very safety conscious, which is a big plus. When we came back, we learned they out cave tour was supposed to be 40 minutes later. Surprisingly, we ended up being called in 20 minutes later, not 40. This could have been a problem if we decided to get something to eat as explaining how things work and where to wait is not done great. The cave tour was pleasant , and all 3 people working the tour were fine. Overall, for the price we paid, I was rather disappointed. The other tours on the island have been spectacular and delivered great level of customer service, and I was really surprised by the lack of professionalism in this particular one
